This place is a scam!!! They forged my name on a document to extend my loan without my knowledge. They will never contact me back I'm in a legal battle with them right now to get the money back they stole from me. Please do yourself a favor and pick one of the other 100 loan agencies out there. I have started with Cashco Loans since January 2018 I’m pretty sure? I do sure make my trips down to the Branch location in Regina. I like dealing with the Sales Representatives there including the Manager! What makes it a lot better, they pull the loan amount of the bank accounts instead of coming down and pay the loan in person, don’t have to rush around if working late! That also when waiting and getting new loan it takes least 10 minuets but also pending if 15 minuets the max to wait. The point is this, if your looking for loan and need few extra dollars I like you go to Cashco Loans!!!!

I got a payday loan first payment was supposed to come out on my payday, but instead it came out a week early. Was blamed on a computer error and they would reverse it there and no nsf fee. Great except it put me in overdraft and the bank reversed it not Cashco. So now I owe bank $45 in NSF fees!

I wish my review was the same as the other good ones but unfortunately it will not be. The workers at the regina branch are are always very rude to me expect for Brooke, she made my visit pleasant but as for the other ones its a big thumbs down for me. They're were and still not understanding to my situation, they made me feel less than them. When I called stating that I could only make $250 of my loan payment instead of the $350, they asked for bank statements and all other information that I was not comfortable sharing with them. The spoke rudely towards me and were not sincere at all, I know that is not there job but a little empathy would be nice. I only gave 2 stars because they're fast with the money transfers. All I can say is I won't be dealing with Cashco Financial after this loan is payed off.

Best place to deal with. Better then all those other places. Now I'm not sure how the people are at other locations but the ones n brantford are awesome to deal with. You treat them good and they treat you good. Couldnt ask for any better service. Also say if your late on a payment then just call and let them know. They will work with you unlike some places where if you call they will get all ignorant with you. So go to cashco financial if you want the best service.

This location runs a lot faster than the other two locations in Saskatoon. You also rarely see the questionable characters that you would at the other two places I've been to in Saskatoon. The staff there have been nothing but professional when they have dealt with me. The atmosphere is 110%!

I am never one to complain or write a review for that matter, but I had the worst customer service experience from the manager at this location. She was rude and called me a liar after a mix up with a double payment. Never once was there an apology from her for the inconviences that it caused me. Train your staff on policy and the manager should take some customer service courses if she wants her new company to succeed. I will never go back there and I suggest go to a different cashco if you need to. I will say thank you to the lady that gave me the loan she was very nice.

Maggie is the one who lied to me and than the guy gave me attitude on the phone when trying to explain to him how money works...What a bunch of b.s. their referral program is a joke! You only get it after getting a second loan and it is deducted from that loan amount. So I'm told you save $20 but you don't save anything with these scammers. Go to Cash4you at least there referral is on the spot and you don't need to use there services more than once.

I was yelled at over the phone because I made a payment through email that they sent me and to pay by a email transfer. The woman who I think is the manager there was yelling at me on the phone and also the people who does the chatting online also couldn’t answer my questions. I felt with the gentleman usual and he does do a great job with customers. Just the woman or women who were really unprofessional.

Absolutely best lending app I've used ever if I could give them a hundred Stars I would I did the online application but obviously I had two other loans that had just recently bounced so I was denied I was not surprised in the least bit whatsoever but what surprised me was that I got an email back from a lady that actually listen to my issues on why they bounced and let me give her proof that I had arranged payments to have it repaid that I really needed this money being family and broke and because of the other loans they wouldn't reloan my husband even though his came back and he paid in full the lady I spoke to gave me a chance and gave me a loan once I have my other loans paid off I will definitely be sticking with this loan company very great very personable great customer service actually made me feel like a human being and not just a number very impressed and I would recommend this company to anybody even if you have bad credit tell your story tell the truth give them you know a reason to believe you and to give you a chance and be sincere and you know prove them that you can be a great client just like I'm going to

Cant make $ doing payday loans so now their pulling credit without consent. Highest legal interest rate allowed in Canada. Loan docs actually say they charge interest on interest.

Don't be fooled by their lies. My email enquiries have been ignored. *Get paid to spend (YES!)* Sound too good to be true? It is too good to be true. They say Whenever you spend with an Everyday Use Account, they'll pay you 25¢. This means you can earn up to $5 per month just for buying groceries or paying bills... They forgot to mention it's only paid out once a year. And you NEED to open a savings account to be eligible. I have been a client for over a year,I declined the overdraft because I assumed it would look better since my account would never be overdrawn. I finally decided to call after 11 months and let them know i haven't been paid the 5$/month. I was informed that it's only paid out once a year in December (which is fine), but was then told I didn't qualify because I needed to open a savings account.. I have a audio recording saved on my phone. Im mentally challenged. So Ive been taken advantage of in the past. I made it a habit to Audio record whenever i have important interactions (example: When I open any type of account. People will say anything to get people to open accounts if they recieve incentives for doing so). You can hear me question the branch employee about the chequing account. I told them I didn't want to open a savings account with them since I already have a savings account open. It doesn't look good when its shown on a credit report. You can hear them tell me that it was completely fine and I'd still recieve that offer. All in all I like banking with them, I just wish they weren't so confusing with their offers. I know I'm not the only one to go through this. I hope people will come forward after my story Is featured in the News.

Never go to this location i had a very bad experience with this place. May 22, 2018 i paid them in time with cash and the next day May 23 they still deducted my account. I phoned them and went to the branch and she dont want to say sorry at all the lady paid me in cheque because they accidentally deducted my account i told them why you are paying me with cheque i paid you with cash she told me i need to, i just take their cheque coz my bank will be close in 10 minutes, such a horrible experience and very frustrating if i can give negative 5 stars here ill give it in this cashco branch

Cashco has done nothing but give me so much grief!!! I have not and won't be missing one payment to save my credit however their negligence is costing my life with credit. Extremely poor service with Diane at head office which is o out an email, can't talk to her, and I will strongly recommend NOT to do business with these crooks... Once my last payment next month is done, im shutting it down... Extremely poor reports with clients and poor service .They don't care about our needs as their clients.. I have been VIP client for 5 or so years and got thrown under the bus when unfortunately due to severe family issues, a death. I couldn't afford to pay and they went ahead and took money I clearly phoned and had to leave a message . Poor, poor, service . Pleae! Avoid going to this location. Horrible experience with Maggie and another lady(mostly other lady). I paid my loan when I told them I would,but they still tried to take money out of my account a couple days later. I called the Brantford location because I was going to get nsf fee and I didn’t owe anything. I was not expecting any payment to come out as I am organized and track every payment. When I called the Brantford location a lady picked up and when I explained my situation and advised them that they should cover my nsf fee because they took money when they weren’t supposed to. Instead of being professional and understanding, she decided to blame me and make it my fault, saying we are even, because i made my payment late. Which I did because I had an arrangement to pay on Monday instead of Friday. I paid as my agreement with Maggie. No one mentioned any fee about paying Monday . I basically got charged double due to their mistake but instead of admitting and just giving me my nsf fee back she decided to argue. My issue was eventually solved by the RM who was very professional but it should have not gone that far. I felt as a i was being blamed for something I didn’t do or have control on. Avoid going to that location as I was not treated like a respected customer

I have dealt with a few payday loan places.. Not having credit could never really get a loan other than pay days.. Cashco has been amazing and will never look in another direction.. Shelley got me a flex loan which helped to purchase my car.. And since then build credit! I've never had one problem, annoying calls days before due payments, or any negative things come my way. They truly have been there to help in every sense of the word!

Cashco is by far the worst pay loan company I have ever worked with! They are unorganized and very unprofessional, at every location they have. Never get from here the staff is rude and try to scam you by saying your payments aren’t paid or are past due when not be. Would not recommend this place what so ever, worst experiences ever.
