I called in and asked for what documents I needed to do a loan and the lady on the phone was very specific. I didn't have one document that I needed and she explained to me how to get it. I didn't end up going the same day to get the loan, but the next day so I could gather everything she needed. It may sound like I lost a day, but I didn't, I ended up saving time. They are the best!

Dont let the good reviews fool you! My husband and I had nothing but issues with this place. It all started with him trying to obtain a payday loan. We brought in everything he needed but when we arrived "Jessica" said that wasn't good enough so we had to drive an hour home to get more info and this is after we already called and asked what we needed a head of time! Then they wouldnt loan us what we needed because we are new customers.. My husband had issues with his phone because it was being repaired. It had minutes and she could call it but no apparently she had to physically see it..? Like what a joke! Says nothing online about needing your phone present. Then I tried to get a loan and i brought in everything and again called ahead to confirm and you know what response I get when we drove all the way there? She takes one look at my husband with me and says "do you and your husband share the same phone" I'm like "yes we do" she then hands me back my paperwork with a grin and says "we cant accept that phone number since your husband has it on his file with us so I can't help you" and we had the phone there since it was now fixed for her to see! I said thank you and left but scoffed at how unbelieveable all this was. After two days basically wasted for nothing! I highly recommend you go to Cash Money in Kingston. They are quick, super friendly and dont have all these weird hidden polices. Great that cash max worked for some but not us! Stay away!

These ladies are great. Taking a loan isnt always a fun process, but there was no judgement, friendly conversation, everything done within a couple minutes of being in store and all my questions answered without confusion. I highly recommend if you need a loan go here. Cleo and Crystal will do everything they can to help out their customers!

I had taken out a loan and due to my hrs being cut I was unable to pay in full. I stressed over it until they mentioned payment plan. They were extremly helpful and would definitly reccomend them to anyone. They are the most understanding ppl I have ever met in this profession. Anyone who is on any kind of assistance and need just that lil extra to help. Please go there. They are terrific.

This company likes to harass u while your in the hospital and call multiple times a day....they had the authority to take the money out of the account a month ago and refused to because they get penalized for having it go to the bank....the money is there and because they were worried about its business not the actually money that was owed they refused to send it to the bank....terrible company I would never reccomend them
