Went to cash a cheque here as i do every other friday after walking for 40 mins to get there. The same person who cashes my cheque every other friday refused to cash my cheque because he did not physically see me sign it even though it was blank when it was first handed to him and I was able to provide ID and resign cheque to prove it was my signature. Now I am left broke, cant pay my bills and cant cash at any other cheque cashing places now because its already signed. Will never use this place again!!!!

Noreen at your Jane and Sheppard location is a very skilled worker. She has displayed this on numerous occasions, I feel this needs to be made known. After a long day at work or a stressful week, at times I may not be smiling wither I'm upset , tired or not. Her smile helps to bring out mine. Her people skills are great, she has been excellently trained and this is evident. You can tell she also has a natural knack for service delivery and communication! Extremely difficult to reach staff, door is always locked and no one there during open hours. No answering machine set up to leave voice-mail.
