Advised them when I became unemployed due to covid-19 that I was scrambling to keep from becoming homeless, and should I get behind on my payment, to please call me, and I would make it in one way or another. Where I can make any money has been my focus entirely for the last 10 months. Bill calendar has much less attention paid to it. They made contact exactly one time - by a woman who stated she was from another branch, and "just helping out" I asked her to verify that they had the correct phone number listed as primary and she said that they did. 2 months later I'm served papers to go to trial. In the middle of a pandemic which currently has 12.6 million Americans unemployed. Well done.

The staff at LPI is very friendly. I was made to feel as if I were an important asset. Unlike banks, I didn't feel pressure. Friendly atmosphere and I will use them in the future for any financial needs. Great experience! And I've returned a year later and was immediately greeted with smiles.
