Americas loan company has been extremely helpful. Even having not the best credit they were able to help me get a small loan which made my dream of buying a home possible! Something i didnt think was within grasp for me right now. Amber has been amazing. Ive had previous payday and title loans and the loan i received through ALC by far exceeds my prior experiences with other companies. I wont ever go anywhere else. Their rates are more than fair.

I am currently a customer with the London office. My process was completed fairly quickly and the receptionist was very helpful and nice. Pointers to know is that you cannot screenshot your paystubs or bank statements, I found that it will hold the process up if you are really in a situation. At the time, I got hit by the tornado and was trying to take care of things. You have to go there or fax the documents. I was not able to reach the office, but I was able to reach another office that was so very helpful so they do work together. I still reloan due to their rates and feel that it is worth it. I only gave four stars because of the inability to not reach the office in a week and having to fax, otherwise I would have given them a five star rating. I have gotten spoiled with online services. I think the company is great and you can reach dany, who seems very helpful. Update: process completed and am very happy with my terms. Flexible payment and great service. I did end up driving due to the time i had to complete the information and get it to them.

I've had thee best experience working with America Loan company. I worked one on one with the most sweetest lady name AMBER. She truly rocks. She worked on my first loan for me. I recently applied for a second loan and was approved. Amber needs a raise seriously, or a huge Christmas bag of cash lol. If you need help with bills or jus find yourself in a bad situation PLEASE APPLY WITH AMERICAS LOAN COMPANY BECAUSE THEY TREAT YOU RIGHT AND GIVE YOU TIME TO PAY YOUR LOAN BACK. I recently applied for a loan. And I have never been late or asked for any exceptions at any time. I requested additional cash and was told I needed a co-signer - even with a good payment history. I will no longer due business with this company. I thought a good history stood for something, but I guess not.

Total waste of time , 4 days after applying and running my credit ( 2 point ding ) I received an email asking for my last paycheck and a complete bank statement, Which I sent , a day and a half later received another email asking for a co-signer for a 700 loan , and sense sending my info I’m getting emails from sales scams . They are info farmers....stay away I received your reply , I have a few questions 1. Why wasn’t I sent a truth in lending explaining your interest rates before you ran my credit 2. You received a copy of my weekly check which is more after taxes than the 700.00 I only wanted a short term 1 month loan , but you never called to speak of the loan before you ran my credit and later wanted my info = INFO FARMERS AVOID PEOPLE

Sent in application and got a email asking questions already answered. I was then told I don’t qualify because part of my income is from the 9/11GI Bill. I have never seen a company who won’t accept a “guaranteed income” from the government. I don’t see the VA telling me they are going to “deny” sending me stipends. But the answer I got was “well,you could drop the classes for school and not receive payment then.” Hmm ???? that would be the same for anyone with a job. They could walk out of their job and not receive pay anymore. Where exactly is the logic in that comment?

They told me they would call me back after they finally got all my information they never called me back they never gave me a loan I don't know if I was approved or not I tried to call them and all I ever got was a recording. Not happy with them at all.
