Clean warming resption good soap and pool

Upon arrival the place was very clean and staff is very very helpful!! This talk about stained sheets and filthy bathrooms and so on is simply not true. Absolutely spotless rooms and the bathroom was perfectly clean, I had mentioned just in passing, not complaing at the front desk that someone had muddy boots in our hallway and literally not 5 min later it was cleaned and vacuumed!! I absolutely despise extremely high class people knocking a perfectly good place to stay because they found a spec of dust on a counter which for the record we didnt even have that!! Highly recommended, it is nice and centralized can walk to restaurants or to sight see very easily!! 5 stars all day!! Again, highly recommended!

Very nice and well maintained could be a little nicer staff.

We loved it here! We usually spoil ourselves and stay at The Rimrock. This time, we'd decided to try this place and it was perfect! It's affordable and the rooms are very clean. The staff is also amazing!

Booked a 2 gueen beds room for Mothers Day. Onsite restaurant was awful the salad bar had sat out all day and was rotting. Rooms were very clean. We had a room right across from houskeeping set up room . Very bad choice for anyone who want to sleep in. They talked and slammed doors starting at 7:15 am. We will never stay again

I stayed here with my husband during COVID, so the pool wasn’t open and the restaurant was take out only, but that isn’t their fault. The staff were very accommodating, always available, and super friendly. The room was very clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing!

Rundlestone lodge was amazing. We stayed one night in the jacuzzi king size room and it was worth every penny. The front desk staff is very helpful. We will stay again for sure.

Good comfy place. Great looking pool and hot tub area. Comfy bed There is a restaurant but when I was there they are only open for dinner. No breakfast or no store to buy any thing other than pop machine

Very uncomfortable pillows, quite dated rooms/bathrooms. Towels were folded but didn’t look very clean…Room was spacious tho for a hotel room. Parking garage was good and free. Walking into the main tourist area of town wasn’t too bad not too far but not right in there either. Overall the value / quality for the money paid was not good but given all the ridiculous prices in Banff I guess you get what you pay for. I’d recommend probably staying in Canmore since it’s not too far and less touristy/ you might also be able to get a better deal. Banff overall was too touristy for my liking but many gorgeous hikes and scenery to do around.

We stayed for one night. Room was very small for 3 adults and 1 child. Staff was kind. I wouldn't eat at the hotels restaurant again. Very fancy very expensive very disgusting. Thanks for reading.

Stayed 2 nights with family of 4. Kids enjoyed pool and hot tube. Suite clean and tidy. Pool and exercise area could use some cleaning and maintenance.

My bf surprised me with a trip to Banff for 3 days 2 nights, when we got to Banff we decided to staff here!! We couldn’t have made a better choice!! Everyone was so amazing and friendly, the waitress in the restaurant that was working the breakfast shift was alone both mornings and did amazing! You all deserve 5 stars and we will definitely be coming back!!

Room was large and spacious! Only stayed the night and didn't require too much service. The pool and leisure area were clean.

Nice establishment for the price. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and great covid measures

Nice place.. clean Nice hot tub n pool Front desk.. Sebastian is great.. (yes im still hrre) He booked dog slides for us instead of othrr front desk telling us to ourselves. Great person... really helpful Will be back
