Okay, I had to weigh in. Who are these easily annoyed and offended people? We have been with TD for about 15 years and previously had been with a few of the other old stogy banks with their old British hours and attitudes. We have also been with two US banks. We have NEVER had a problem with our personal or business accounts with TD. We have always found the TD people to be friendly and helpful.

Booked an appointment for 9:30 over a week ago, due to my brother's death. Took time off work to drive in, which is an hour trip. No one there, no change of time, no notice. So completely unacceptable, I'm furious.

Teller failed to disclose important information when specifically asked, resulting in a loss of money in my chequings account. Was tossed around to 4 different workers with the end result being they wouldn't refund me. Closed my accounts and found a new bank.

TD Canada Trust is the worst financial institution of all the banking institutions out there .They sent my 82 year old mother a letter informing her that her bank account would be cancelled due to suspicious activities. Then they froze my account and we have yet to figure this mess out .Our local branch has no idea of the reason why . Treat people right you may actually get a good review

Generally, every staff is very friendly and professional here and particularly Mayilene always goes above and beyond. She is the reason that I changed my bank from Scotiabank to TD Bank and since then she has treated me very well even though I am just one of many regular customers. When I still had a bank account at Scotiabank and sent documents to both TD Bank and Scotiabank, Scotiabank asked me what the documents were even though I explained in my email, but she read the documents and said she could sign the documents. The latest big incident was that I sent a secure email from my on-line bank account to TD customer service to correct one document that was related to tax and I got a reply that TD customer service was unable to do this over the secure email and did not understand why TD customer could do this over secure email... I was told to contact TD Customer service. When I called TD customer service, I did not think that the person who picked up my phone call understood about the document because this was a very rare document, so I asked her if I could talk with her manager or supervisor. I did not blame her at all and appreciated that I could talk with her manager or supervisor. Her manager was always polite, but I did not feel that he understood and just repeatedly said he could not correct the document for some reason… Unfortunately, he was not helpful at all because he repeatedly said no and did not investigate at all in my impression. I truly did not feel that he understood the document and he was not willing to help me. For me, to contact TD customer service by secure email and phone call was a waste of my time half of the time in my experiences and the best is to contact a person whom I know in local brunch. I asked Mayliene to correct the document by email and she replied immediately that she could do that and needed a little bit of time. She has been very reachable and has always been the person who can make it happen. She has been a very professional to solve any problem and I always appreciate her dedication and professionalism. She has been helping me many other things and I truly feel lucky that she works for my local brunch.

It was fast, the drive through was working and didnt spit any of the items back out at us like almost everytime you use any of the newer machines..RBC at the old mall is the worst one, it bends or crinkles the check with its rollers and spits it out saying it doesnt accept bent checks ( happened on 3 separate occasions to date)

What an amazing experience at this Branch. We happen to go on customer appreciation day. There were Refreshments The Wheel of Fortune spinning water bottles prizes and everybody was in a fantastic mood. I have nothing but I can lids for this location and recommend people visited for a good time at a bank!!

Friendly, fast, local branch, safe , effecient and easy to navigate online and banking app. Cant really bury your riches under the deck in the backyard or in the deep freeze anymore. Bank there you'll be taken care of. Just bring ID.

ATM miscalculated my deposit (thousands) and it was short, I figured deposit what it counted and get remainder back well deposit failed and never got all my money back. Some was left in the machine. I attempted to complete deposit a second time and the machine kept my card and money. I call service number and no answer. Went into the bank next open day and they checked machine gave me my card back but said third party manages the machines and would have to audit. Third party after two months of having my money said deposit attempted and amount was wrong plus said entire deposit returned. I have used this bank faithfully for 43 years and they do nothing, telling me to contact third party and saying manager will contact me but 3 months now nothing resolved. Th e handling by these people is pathetic and the third party and or bank is is participating in a lie and theft. It's all on video and they still ROBBED ME. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I regularly deposit my cheque every 2 weeks from the same institute, at this branch but this time the manager said they ware going to hold for 5 business days. Which is sucks. Never visiting here no more.

Was doing wire transfers on Tuesday, Mandy helped me with that, she was really friendly and careful with all the details, I received my money safety on my bank account today! It was not the first time I visited, I had a good experience there, and they are so patient with the people like me not speaking fluent English!

Waited in line for over an hour to arrange an electronic transfer for a house purchase only to learn the cost would be $80 and it might take 4 to 5 days for the money to be trsnsferred to a bank in Smiths Falls for a deal that was closing that day. The teller was kind enough to suggest a bank draft that I might be able to take to another bank to complete the transfer so I wouldn't have to drive to Smiths Falls. Which I did and then waited another 45 minutes to complete the transaction. Man 4 to 5 days for an electronic transfer for $80. Service like that makes walking or Canada Post look like a better altrrnative.

I had a recent positive experience with this particular TD Canada Trust branch in Brockville, ON. I had sent an international wire transfer from this branch and had encountered an issue in the receiving international bank abroad. So I contacted the branch manager Kim and requested her help to sort out the issue. she promptly followed up with my request and assigned my case to her staff Jeffery Price. Kim & Jeff both provided me Exceptional Customer Service and resolved my case in a very short period of time. I am very satisfied with how I was being taken care and treated by both of these wonderful employees of TD bank in Brockville. I Thank both of them for their excellent dedication.

Had absolutely awesome experience! I was late with my credit card payment so my card was blocked. Lorraine took a payment from me and called visa for me and they said it will be unblocked right away. When I had a problem 2 days later, I've returned to td and Mandy and Lorraine assisted me once again. Since I had a bad experience with visa, I was given $25 gift card to the Canadian Tire. This is the most friendly bank I've ever been to. They are patient, understanding and always chatty. For the first time...it is a pleasure to pay my bills.
