Generally, every staff is very friendly and professional here and particularly Mayilene always goes above and beyond. She is the reason that I changed my bank from Scotiabank to TD Bank and since then she has treated me very well even though I am just one of many regular customers. When I still had a bank account at Scotiabank and sent documents to both TD Bank and Scotiabank, Scotiabank asked me what the documents were even though I explained in my email, but she read the documents and said she could sign the documents. The latest big incident was that I sent a secure email from my on-line bank account to TD customer service to correct one document that was related to tax and I got a reply that TD customer service was unable to do this over the secure email and did not understand why TD customer could do this over secure email... I was told to contact TD Customer service. When I called TD customer service, I did not think that the person who picked up my phone call understood about the document because this was a very rare document, so I asked her if I could talk with her manager or supervisor. I did not blame her at all and appreciated that I could talk with her manager or supervisor. Her manager was always polite, but I did not feel that he understood and just repeatedly said he could not correct the document for some reason… Unfortunately, he was not helpful at all because he repeatedly said no and did not investigate at all in my impression. I truly did not feel that he understood the document and he was not willing to help me. For me, to contact TD customer service by secure email and phone call was a waste of my time half of the time in my experiences and the best is to contact a person whom I know in local brunch. I asked Mayliene to correct the document by email and she replied immediately that she could do that and needed a little bit of time. She has been very reachable and has always been the person who can make it happen. She has been a very professional to solve any problem and I always appreciate her dedication and professionalism. She has been helping me many other things and I truly feel lucky that she works for my local brunch.
