Great little hidden Gem in Banff. Awesome staff like Renee and Chris go out of your way to give you a comfy experience. Extremely clean, comfy beds and quiet. Recently bought out by a big corporation but still has the family owned type of feel to it.

Room was clean and had all necessities. For spending $250 for one night I think we could have gotten a nicer room at another hotel. King size bed, jacuzzi was ok. Nothing to get excited about. The jacuzzi was not very current and had taps from the 80’s. The dial to adjust the Jets in the jacuzzi was ripped out and there was a hole where it used to be. The handles were also ripped out. The shower in the bathroom was also very old. It looked like it was a time machine or something. Personally I would not stay here again for the price we paid. Staff was nice but for a romantic weekend getaway we could have stayed at a nicer hotel for cheaper or the same price.

The NOISIEST, most inefficient AC ever. It eclipsed everything that was nice about this hotel - clean, comfortable beds, big room, good Wifi. And it has "European style" underground parking - tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny ... Spare yourself the panic over scratching the rental car or getting stuck there altogether and park behind the hotel, in "oversized vehicle" (aka normal size vehicle) parking lot. That has maybe 8 stalls, also on small side. Hubby complained that "how come there is no table in this room?" and "at this price, I'd expect wired internet"

Big rooms. Close to banff shops/resteraunts. Parking is a bit tight, but to be expected in banff.

Horrible service. The room didnt look as the pictures and the receptionnist did nothing to help us. She only suggest to pay another room. AC was not working...

Great staff and clean rooms

The Hotel is in a great location. Super friendly stuff and great service . Room was ok . Carpet was run down but otherwise bed and room was very clean . Negative thing was there no USB plugs in the room if you need to charge electronic devices.

Cozy lobby, comfortable rooms, very clean! Staff was super accomodating and helpful. They even have a covered underground parking!

Good hotel right near strip

My official score is 3.5 out of 5 stars. The only reason I am not giving a lower score is due to the price being the least in all of Banff (dog friendly) according to my husband. We paid $133 for one night including all fees and taxes. -1 star because the walls are so thin you hear everyone talking, rooms beside you, above you and people in the halls. If you are a light sleeper you might not be able to sleep at all. My 4 year old daughter kept getting scared that some man was in our room because it literally sounded like he was. It took an extra hour with the bathroom fan on and a bedtime story playing on a device to drown out everyone enough that she was not scared and could sleep. This has never happened before and we have stayed in over a dozen hotels since she was born. -.5 star for the sink not even being in the bathroom!? I didn't even get to brush my teeth before bed because once we finally got our children asleep I didn't want to risk waking them up as I have an electric toothbrush. Its also very awkward to use the toilet and have to go to a separate room to wash your hands. There was almost no counter space. They had a massive chair where they should have a small table and chairs so that you actually have somewhere to place items since the bathroom has no usable surfaces and the sink area is very small limited space. Also the soap is some disgusting cheap perfumed type that cause such an allergic reaction I broke out in hives and had to take emergency allergy pills as even my tongue started to have issues. This has not happened to me in YEARS. Pros: Very clean Pet friendly Affordable Pillows are nice Beds are very firm if you like that (bit too hard for me but I'm sure its perfect for some) Location in respect to downtown (walk score great) Curtains block out all light without modifications

Rooms are spacious, clean, and beds are comfortable. The location is great.

It's was okay and decent. Location is pretty good and downtown is walking distance. Rooms were ok. Shower curtains were dirty and stained with blue ink and the bed itself was slanting towards one side.

The location of this hotel was PERFECT! It's right in the middle of the Town of Banff. Everything was within walking distance.

First time stayed on this hotel because of the location but checking in was very frustrating when the front desk clerk told me that the room I booked was not available. Leaving me with no other choice to take whatever room is available as I can't cancel it anymore because of the policy of 72 hours cancellation. She put us in the room that our window is facing another building that you can see through at each other. Washroom is too small that you have to walk sideways before you can close the door. Front desk when we check in is not friendly at all as she makes me feel that I haven't book any hotel before that I don't know how the booking works that no hotel can guarantee you the rooms you booked. Next day is better talking to another front desk that is very friendly and explained it better why the room we booked is not available. Apologized on what happened and tried to move us to a better room and we did moved to a better room. I called the next day for the extra charges and the clerk is not pleasant and friendly. I will never going back to this hotel. Customer service is really important for me.

We booked last minute so it was pretty expensive for a one night stay for two adults. Rooms are on the older side but clean. It's on Banff avenue so pretty close to shops and restaurants.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Off the busiest section of the Banff Ave offering quieter experience. Walking distance to downtown district and the bow river.
