Really friendly folks, making great smelling and great tasting coffee. We bought two bags of coffee on our way through Banff, and they gave us a free Americano to try with it! These people know their stuff about coffee, they were super helpful with selecting our coffee. Will go again next time we are in Banff.

I found this coffee being sold at our grocery store and gave it a shot. It is THE BEST coffee I have ever found, and everyone who tries (bear extremely dark) agrees. I've never actually been to the location but I started ordering directly from the website as the prices are so much better than in store. Never changing coffee again.

Great coffee and a great impromptu lesson in coffee, they also have different coffee beans on the counter for you to smell and look at so you can identify what you really want

My boyfriend and I came here 2 months ago, and we were a bit worried we wouldn't be able to buy beans because of covid! However, the cafe was open as well and the owner let us in, let us smell the wafts of the delicious beans roasting and we were able to try a few different coffees. I appreciate learning more about different beans and roasting methods and left with 1 pound of coffee. I wish I left with more, may have to buy more beans online now. Definitely worth a visit!

I placed an order online on Thursday afternoon and had 3 amazing bags of coffee in my mailbox by Monday morning. This is my first experience with Banff Roasting Company and after my first cup, I assure you I will be a returning customer. I had some work to do in the industrial park in Banff and stumble on Norm and his awesome roastery nestled into the mountains. I had a delightful conversation and a delicious coffee. I was not expecting such a great coffee but norm poured me a strong Americano and it was just what the doctor ordered. It's got a small coffee bar and most of the business seems to be in roasting but don't hesitate to pop in for a nice Italian style espresso. I highly recommend it.

We roast our own coffee beans and buy our green beans from Norm of Banff Coffee Roasters. Great coffee, great atmosphere, great advice and very fair prices. I use an older popcorn maker which works really well. 5 dollars at second hand store. Thanks Norm for your excellent service.

We couldn't find espresso grind anywhere in town, so decided to come right to the source. The two guys who roast the beans are very friendly, and will happily grind the beans down to your needs. Lots of of cool trinkets and memorabilia in the shop. Definitely worth checking out the store and buying the beans direct!
