Sandy and Christine are great, laid back and like "Cheers" they make a point of knowing you by name. Steve is a great mechanic and unlike other places you are not made to feel like a "cidiot". My wife loves her Polaris Sportsman and so do the kids. Its the right balance of comfort and power. Other than annual oil changes, I do not get to see these guys enough...so I tend to drop in just because...

This place is a complete joke. They will take your credit card and make unauthorized purchases. My boyfriend got the run around and was forced to wait another week for a part that they incorrectly ordered. Then they turn around and charged him extra on his credit card....twice! What a joke!. The manager Christine told him to come back today (Monday) so she could get it sorted out and that they would have the correct part in, of course she was not in today to deal with the issue. Very very poor customer service! When we asked to speak with the owner they told us no one has seen him in five years...? They really do not take care of their customers and they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Joke of a business!

*** OUTSTANDING DEALER and people ..*** IN short I purchased my brand new snowmobile from another dealer it had an issue... my dealer REFUSED to take a look at it for at least four weeks ..WOW $20,000 later and get sorry bud ...When I called Waynes World I spoke with a woman (general manager) I explained my situation she was GREAT GREAT GREAT was kind enough to schedule me in the following day for a service appointment , I then drove 2.5 hours from my home to meet STEVE and Dave in service who both treated me with respect and kindness .. Within 12 minutes we found the issue ..I left the machine at the dealer for warranty repairs ..GUESS WHERE I AM BUYING MY NEXT POLARIS ..... BEST people and service experience I have seen in years ..I made sure POLARIS head office was informed of my original POOR POOR customer service dealer and WAYNES WORLDS GREAT SERVICE.. I only wish I had given this dealer my original purchase but I have and will continue to recommend this dealer and am now A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE . Thanks WAYNES WORLD ..

Great place. Dropped in to check out new sleds. Steve was very helpful. They did have a few sleds in inventory, despite the season. Picked up a couple of balaclavas on sale. Good deals. I have a Yamaha with a starter problem. These guys are Polaris so Steve recommended a local Yamaha guy. Very professional and helpful. I might be back to buy a sled.

Just dropped off and picked my ATV for service. Very friendly and helpful. Owner Sandy helped me unload and reload ATV on trailer. Service well documented and reasonably priced. Mechanic answered any questions I had. Work completed on promised time. Only did work required and did not try to push anything unnecessary on me. Highly recommend and keep up the great work.
