Was told I was pre-approved all I had to do was fill out the forms...found out I didn't qualify and wasted 3 days of filling out paperwork getting multiple photos of id's. Waste of time and Jenn is definately not very professional or easy to deal.with

Whenever I e-mailed or called he usually responded within minutes. He certainly made an effort to provide quality customer service all the time, which seems harder to find these days -- and I didn't have to be transferred or put on hold numerous times to get in touch. I have a very good experience with my mortgage broker Brad. He is a very good agent I have never had. He really knows how to satisfy the financial need of his clients. For me, he is an angel sent by God to come help me when I was struggling to get my first mortgage. He came just at the appropriate time and was able to get for us the funds even more than what we needed in order to be able to close out our house. He knows how to satisfy his clients. Again for our refinancing, he was able to get us the funds even more than what we ever expected. He looks at the need and all the associate fees and will make sure to get for you extra that will even go to your pocket.
