Stolen nearly $200 from me because someone in their finance department can't be bothered to do their job right. Paid my loan back on time, they said I didn't pay it back and stole money right from my bank account. They've been giving me the run-around for the last 2 weeks about it trying to get it resolved but the workers in-store say the only thing they can do is "call me later", which never happens. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, let alone anyone I actually like; absolutely horrible service.

false advertising i went in last night to get a line of credit and all the signs say approved in minutes so i get to the line i am told i was pre approved up to 5 grand and they tell me i have to wait till the next day to be approved well its almost 12 hrs later have not heard from them should have went to money mart or one of the other store like this checking into a false advertisement claim against them through the BBB and the consumer protection act along with the payday loans act and rights witch they violate daily Update I got rejected after being pre approved for 5 grand they said they did a credit check after looking at my credit score on credit karma i realized they never even processed the application cause there was no credit check done but its ok because i went from there to money mart and the other 2 cash places and was approved at both you guys will never get my business again and i was a dedicated customer of theirs for 10 years never once missed a payment or late on a payment i urge others to start rejecting this place as well let put them out of business with lack of customers

I worked for this company and I would just like to say to all those nay-sayers, automatic withdrawal is the systems fault NOT the employees. When you don't come in to pay, the system will try to take it from the account. Regardless of whether or not you made arrangements, your following payday will automatically have the loan amount withdrawn again. You agree to it when you sign the forms. Read the fine print. Everything is legal and done right and the staff go above and neyond

Worst customer experience I've ever had in my life next to Belair Direct. No communication regarding billing. Went in to speak to manager who ended up letting me rant a bit, then asked "Are you done"? " I replied" Yes, but did you listen? "" No." she replied. I walked out and spoke with the district manager about the issues who advised they would call back when my payment cleared (they left me without money for a week), and never got a call. I went in today to be served and was confronted when I advised I'd never return for another loan there. I was told not to talk to the agent that way or she wouldn't serve me. Last I checked it is my right to tell you I won't be returning.

I went to this Cash store today. To be honest I had never been to a money cash store before. They became popular before my time. I needed to do a Western union Transfer to China. I did not catch the slim blonde haired lady's name with glasses. I had heard some not so great things about money cash stores, however, my whole experience with this cash store on North Front st was really pleasant. I had to wait 5 minutes as there were a few customers but she offered me a water, and there was places to sit.Its nice to be acknowledged when you walk into a store. I had never done a western union transaction before, but she made everything easy and understandable. It is so nice to have someone who enjoys doing their job, and it very much showed. She was pleasant, funny, and she even gave me a card with all my info on it so the next time everything is already in their computer and I just have to show my card. So many customer service people are not always as happy and cheery. She is a keeper. As a business owner I know how important a good employee who has your best interests at heart is. I handed in a resume here last week and had a phone interview. After the interview the manager Sherri told me she’d call me back to let me know when my In Person interview would be and if she didn’t for me to call her. I had to keep calling them back to ask when my interview is and they continuously told me they’d call me back to let me know and if they don’t for me to call them. So I did that and each time I called they said “sorry we’ve been busy we will call you back and let you know”. after a week of being told this And kept being blown off making me think that I had a chance getting a job there, another employee who is one of the managers said to me that it’s because I’m not qualified enough. So INSTEAD of telling me the first phone call that I’m not qualified enough for the job they just kept telling me they’ll call me back to let me know when my interview is. I personally think that for a money business this is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL thing to do. So if anyone is looking to get a job here DO NOT! They will just continue to give your hopes up and tell you one thing EVEN THOUGH they mean another!! Not impressed.
