Don't bother going in to the teller area if you are in a rush. Takes at least 20-30mins to get to till.
Don't be desieved by only being 3 people in line and 3 tellers, thinking that it will go by quick. Their are the tellers asking how your day is and not multi tasking. Yes, they will stand there and not do anything. While you are explaining that you're goldfish died. Then once you are finished your sob story, they will ask you again what you needed. Like come on people?
If you are at the bank, it's important to be considerate of the people who are waiting. Don't tell your life story to the teller and take that extra 5-10 mins talking about your cat. Save it for your next door neighbor.
Yes, I do understand there is such thing as customer service. Being kind to the customers and getting in conversations with them. Getting to know them on a personal level, but when is the little chit chat too much? When there is 8-9 people waiting in line?
I've seen one too many upset people storm out over this. Banks are not hiring enough tellers to cover busy times, but trying to keep customer service up? Deathly combo, since in today's industry everything has a rating of "timely service".
With this particular branch. Hours are terrible. If you are going to understaff around mid-day, causing undo stress on people that work for a living. (When they are trying to do banking on their lunch hour) Would you at least be open Saturdays? Please and thank you.
