I have been getting loans from this place for 7 or 8 years and in Nov.2015 they took their whole Loan and then told me I couldn't loan again cause they said I didn't make enough..I was $3 short well thanks for the heads up at least!!! Kind of ridiculous that they aren't willing to work with you at all if you run into some issues paying back.... Been a steady client there for over a year and that doesn't seem to matter at all. I was sick with Pneumonia and had to take some days off of work to get better. Consequently, my spouse (who also has a loan here) had to take some days off to help take care of me. We both got smaller paychecks than we were expecting. Because I was late, they would not allow him to pay off and re-borrow, even though I was explicitly told by an employee there that as long as I had payment arrangements, it would be fine... Now we are perpetually stuck in being late on both of our accounts, because they aren't willing to work with us on payments. Seems kind of silly. You could either work with us to get your money, or not care that we've been clients there for a year and never had any issues before now, and get nothing? I used to recommend people there all the time... Now??? Not so much.

Love the options available here. I NEVER get caught up in the One-Time-Repayment (Monthly Rob Peter to Pay Paul Effect) like I would anywhere else as Speedy Cash offers 4 Consecutive pays to repay your loan! Amazing! This does have limitations though they said. They definitely won a customer. I do repeat business here because of such offering(s). Would have rated 4 stars due to lack of personality as they are not very personable most days.... however, they are good at what they do so I could go either way.

The 3 ladies working at the time seemed unprofessional or customer service oriented as though they didn't want to talk or help us in any way by hearing how we got the cheque. I would have been a new customer; they weren't able to help me. To be fair, I've been going through a bit of a financial crisis as of late, which prompted me to seek out a payday loan. They felt that they had to walk away from a deal due to some NSF charges on my account. I guess I'd do the same in their position. So, if you are doing okay, and you just need money before payday, I'm sure they can help you. If you're going through a crisis, probably best to not waste your time with them. They're pretty picky about who they lend to, inflexible regarding the circumstances surrounding any reason they will not help you, and also didn't want to give back my paperwork, instead insisting they would shred them on their own time. Nicely refurbished storefront, however. So, there's that.

Went there to cash a cheque from work, the lady wouldn't cash it because she could not get a hold of my work place to verify if the cheque would be good or not. They also wouldn't give me a loan because I wasn't at my job for more than 90 days (I had started a new job and have been there for only a month). Never again am I wasting my time going there nor would I recommend this place to anyone!

Just as matt freeman previews , couldnt say it better . Bad services offered to out of town clients! The old lady there is rude, unprofessional, and come out with infinite reasons for not approving you. When asked for a loan and that i havent had a file with them already she sigh like filling new applicants was the biggest hassle ever. WORST PAYDAY COMPANY.

I went back today after the lady confirmed i will be getting my gst back that they wrongfully took out of my account. I go down thinking i will be getting my $ back and i am in a hurry and she kept going on about something im not listening. She asks me if i can change my review on their site? i say idk? Asked her to hurry this along i got to go and she rudely tells me "i can easily take this $ back" basically i was threaten to change my review or else. Well she kept the $ because she decided to try hurt me by keeping my money. But really she not hurting me because that money was for groceries for my kids. Now my kids have nomilk money or diaper money. Speedy cash is not a good place to go wen u need help they are unprofessional and seem to like the taste of revenge. And she basically threw my papers i sign and pen angrily at her desk. Wow what a great place wen urin need of help. Rude manager, she can act this way cause she the manager? Feel bad for her. But im a single mom of 4 that was depending on that money to get by til allowance day now i dont know what to do. I also used whatever gas i had left to go down there to pick up my $ that they suppose to refund. Now i alsohave no gas to bring my boy to school. Thank u speedy cash for ur mistake???? again if i could i would give this place -10 stars So i borrowed money on my child tax and ended up taking my gst money out of my acct. This company is b.s they suppose to help not take. And because of their mistake me and my kids are going without thanksgiving dinner this weekend. This company loaned me a few dollars half a year ago and I went to the hospital with a tumor. I informed them of that and even though I had no income due to illness they STILL debit my bank account each month!! I called them and told them I have no income. Ashley, one of the workers was extremely rude, said they would proceed with collections.. I said fine.. to find out they are still debiting my account after all this time!!! I am a sick single parent to an autistic child and my bank account is severely overdrawn even though Ashley said it would be sent to collections....why keep debiting my bank account after all this time? What are you trying to get? There is nothing there to take!!! now the account is -7**.65 and whom is going to pay that!? NOT ME!

I was a first time borrower from them, I had the worst experience ever they were rude the woman named shelley was so unprofessional, It took 45 minutes from start to finish even though I had everything that was required to take a loan. I would not recommend them at all if your looking for fast and efficienct service try Money mart, Cash money or Cashco first this place does not deserve the revenue of any hard working tax payer, they need to realise its the people using this service that pay there wages. I am completely and totally dissatisfied with Speedy Cash on Albert north in Regina.
