I found these guys online, and they were the best click I have ever done ! Not only did they help me get my 2015 Hyundai Elantra, Kayam was right there through the whole process step by step and clarified anything I had questions about, he honestly worked super hard to stay within my budget I had for both car and for insurance, he also kept me 100% in the loop about everything from each of the banks to which cars he was looking at for my family and I. I will never ever go back to these guys again, I was lied to time and time again in order to get a sale, once the sale was made I was given all sorts of advice on how to deal with my previous car that i was paying too much for, once I was advised that the bank can either sieze or sue I was told not to worry that they wont sue me, in the end not only did they sue me, but now my insurance premiums have gone THRU the roof! I emailed pro credit and once everything went to hell they "didnt know the answers to my questions" do not fall for this scam they do not care about anything but making a sale and lying to you. If you have an existing vehicle that is not paid off yet DO NOT agree to anything!!!

These people are like vultures they prey on people with bad or poor credit. They tell you they can improve your interest rate, what they don't tell you is the amount of money you borrow and get accepted for until after signing. Remember the money borrowed is compounded interest and you will set in motion a never, never payment plan that you will not be able to pay back for years and years far longer than the vehicle you're buying will last. After signing... They will then look for a vehicle and buy you a vehicle at an overinflated price, more likely over the price of a new vehicle that you could have bought at any dealership yourself when you sign their contract you are left owing usually double if you are lucky, if not more of what you owed in the first place. Probably 4 times the price in the end, with compounded interest. They have personal that are in it for themselves and have all the intentions of screwing you over and wrecking you financially. Before you sign ask to look at the total borrowed amount and if you see a high dollar amount and you don't like it, walk away from these people. Remember your on the hook if you sign and agree to their terms, so be careful These people will lie to you and tell you they are helping you but in essence they are out to deceive you and put your money into their pockets not yours. My advice do not deal with these people they are out to RIP YOU OFF. The other reviews are most likely faked.

Moe and Oz did the impossible for me. I have poor credit. I was interested in a very particular vehicle on Kijiji and nothing else. Other companies would either not bother to respond or they stopped responding for whatever reason. Not very professional and downright rude to just stop responding, IMO. Moe called me the very next morning and got the ball rolling. Then it was turned over to Oz. They worked as a team, and like I said, did the impossible for me, and got me financing for the vehicle I wanted. It is unheard of for anyone to get financing for a vehicle older than 10 years, but that is exactly what Moe and Oz did for me. Thank you so much Moe and Oz!

PROCREDIT Doesn't actually have ANY vehicles for sale. They take your application, then suck you in while they buy from other dealers and sell to you FOR MORE than you would have paid if you had just gone to the original dealer! Also, they claim to pay money for referrals if you send customers their way, but find excuses not to pay! I just had a previous client call me and tell me they tried to lie about sending her referral money! They claimed that they sent it but she has never received it so therefore I will be having to pay MY OWN money to keep her happy. They have some good people working for them in the trenches.. But the ownership ruins it for them all. Do yourself a favour - AVOID this place at ALL costs! These are the type of folks that give the car business such a bad name!

I came to pro credit auto with preconceived notions of car sales in my mind. I was completely wrong! I was worried I’d be manipulated and “pushed” into something I didn’t want. This experience was so different, I was given options and time to think. Ian helped me out with the finances and he was so patient with me. He explained how I could actually get a new car for less Than I was currently paying by getting me a lower interest rate. He also didn’t low ball me when it came to trading in my car. I had a fantastic car buying experience at Pro Credit. Ian, my salesperson was very good about explaining all the features , both when I was first considering it and then after my purchase. The sales managers were very patient, at no time did I ever feel I had a pushy salesperson pressuring me into making a decision. And finance they were great to work with too explaining very patiently the things I didn't get the first time around. they are horrible, no updates, a lady called Alisha was supposed to get back to me after my credit pull, never did, phoned this guys and asked for update, they told me ,she will call back ,never did, ended up calling back ,no answer, left a voice mail, nothing happens. if u r qualified they will call u if not they don't even bother to tell what went wrong and any solutions , teribble services.
