Jasmine is absolutely amazing! She as a person deserves 10 stars. I will only deal with her while I have my loan through money mart. She is super friendly and compassionate and explains things very well. If she isn't a manager she should be! Jasmine has been so helpful with my situation.. thats more then I can say for the head office that I emailed on the 12th of January and have yet to hear back from. When I call the store in olds Jasmine answers my phone call everytime and is always so happy. She deserves a raise for all the work she does. As for the head office. They really need to get their sh*t together they have no compassion for their customers and they give you nothing but a run around. Like I said above. I emailed them on the 12th of January and I have yet to hear back from them. So in the future I will not be dealing with money mart for any loans.
