Like many people, we procrastinated about getting our winter tires until the snow had already fallen. With two young children, we found it wasn't safe to drive and were in need of a quick solution. Having used Insta Auto Solutions for some vehicle maintenance previously, I reached out to them to see if they could help us source out some winter tires for my wife's vehicle. They were quick to provide me with a range of options at various price points. Not only that, they were able to service the vehicle quickly to meet our schedule and even dropped the price from what we were originally quoted. I had another great experience and would encourage anyone to consider Insta for your vehicle needs.

Do not go here please! Go to a well known dealership instead. Customer service is great, however me and my husband got ripped off back in November, they insisted we sign the papers even though we never got to physically see or test drive the vehicle, they promised us that they could get us into a better vehicle like a truck or an SUV, instead they told us that the “bank” (a bank they own) would only approve us for a dodge caravan, we were disappointed, we wanted to back out as our present vehicle at the time was still in good condition, but they pushed us to get the van and told us the we didn’t have any other choice as our credit is not that good. They were many things wrong with the van, it was clearly not inspected. they said it had winter tires but the tires were so worn out that my husband kept getting stuck in the snow. The passenger side is broken and only blows hot air, our tires were unbalanced which is dangerous, the back bumper was damaged (which wasn’t shown in the picture.) Definitely not recommended.

I contacted Shad to help me with some overdue maintenance on a tent trailer I have had in the family for a number of years. Essentially, I wanted to have the wheel bearings cleaned and repacked to make sure the trailer was road safe for an upcoming holiday. Shad showed exemplary service before I was even able to deliver the trailer to his service shop. The trailer had been sitting for a year and not realizing the trailer had a flat, I inadvertently pulled the tire from the rim before I could deliver it to his shop. To make matters worse, the lug nuts had fastened to the bolts and I wasn’t able to change the tire with the tools I had available. Shad came to me with an impact wrench and was able to quickly replace the flat with the spare. After I had delivered the trailer to his shop, he was quick to call me with an assessment of what was needed and his recommendations. He provided quality service at a reasonable price. More importantly, he went out of his way to help me when I was presented with some unexpected challenges.

I spoke with Shad from Insta Auto Service and he helped make a plan to drop off my vehicle at a time that was perfectly convenient for me, while we were away for a weekend, and had it ready for me when I returned...seamless! There was no upselling, in fact he down sold me and told me I can wait to change my front brakes in a little while longer. It's hard to find a good mechanic that you trust to take care of your vehicle as if it was their own. Shad is that guy. My husband and I came in seeing good reviews about insta auto solutions online, a little nervous to go shopping for a used truck, but We were greeted with the most friendly salesmen Romeo and Nick, offered us coffee and made us feel so welcomed. We sat down and Nick listened to what we were looking for, they were quick to show us some trucks and immediately we fell in love with their Ford F150. Theyre lot was perfect to test drive out on, as they have a hill that goes down into the main street ,so we realy got a good feel for the power and 4X4 of the vehicle! Nick was great at letting us get a good feel for the vehicle and was realy informative. We decided on the truck and slapped down our deposit and came back the next day with cash in hand and I swear it was the easiest and smoothest experience i’ve ever had. no extra fees no extra this or that... just cash in hand ,signed forms, talked about the great “global warrenty package” and decided that would cover our butts realy good incase of large jobs needed to be done on the truck within the first 3 years. WELLLL worth the cost in my opinion! Truck is fabulous! we love it so much! no issues, nothing!
