Had put me at ease and help me out in a bind... QUICKLY!!! Things happen in life and as stressed out I was he guided me through the process professionally and calmed my nerves. I'm sure they get a lot of high stung customers, as I can apologise myself for not understanding the process at first but given the time to process all the information, I was glad I had called back with a clear head and they helped me out big time! I had the displeasure of working alongside this company on behalf of a mutual client and I was shocked at the immaturity and unprofessionalism that the employee/manager showed towards his client and myself. I would not want to work with this business again nor would I recommend that anyone entertains their services.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! rudest staff i have ever dealt with, the MANAGER of the store made racist remarks towards me and also criticized the fact i was looking for a loan for my car, i have also herd other stories of people not getting there items/ cars back if the value of what you gave them was more then they loaned you. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A " BUSINESS " TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE GETTING CRITICIZED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Place is a SCAM. Litterally a scam, if you loan them anything thats worth more then they lend you, they will instantly start trying to sell it before you even attempt to make your payment, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Not to mention, staff was extremely rude especially the manager. Once again, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON, THEIR RATES ARE THE SECOND LOWEST IN THE EDMONTON AREA ANYWAYS SO ITS NOT EVEN WORTH STOPPING BY.

Recently I went through a rough spot with my finances. I couldn’t pay my bills, and with creditors calling, was totally stressed out. I saw an ad for these guys, and thought I could give it a try. I owned my car outright, and thought I might be able to get a loan. When I called in, they asked a few questions. Within a couple days I had my money. This took all the pressure off from my other bills. I have since paid Fast Cash back, but really appreciate all they have done to get me through the tough times!

Extremely rude staff. I wasn't surprised to see other reviews of people who were talked down to and multiple comments about racism. I had a simple question if the vehicle had to be brought to the location or if it could be done online because of time and availability issues. The guy instantly sniped at me "YES, you will have your vehicle inspected, and a GPS will be installed *click*. These people you are talking down to are keeping your low brow dime store loan service in business. It's probably in your best interest to lose the bigotry and chip on your shoulder. I shouldn't waste my time on a review because this place will be out of business by year end. Update No lying on my part.. Your tone was blatantly hostile and condescending. as you specifically stated "YES, you will have your vehicle inspected, and a GPS will be installed" like i was somehow being punished and reprimanded for inquiring about giving you my business. I politely said "O.k, Thanks" and you hung up on me. Believe it or not there are other Car Title Loan Companys that offer full electronic approval by sending various pictures of the vehicle without the inconvenience of driving to your location and having an inspection and GPS installed. And there's that neat thing called a VIN number that you can enter in that tells you all sorts of information far exceeding if the vehicle exists. And mine does. I'm looking to borrow against it where I will gladly pay on time interest and be paying it of within the year. I can't see how anybody in their right mind would want somebody with your temperament, lack of tact, honesty, and judgement to be able to repo their vehicle on a whim and have a device installed in it that can also stall it at will.

Guy I spoke to explained exactly how the loan worked, got me the money I needed in 2 hours, I was able to pay the loan off early with no extra charges. I’ve used them 3 times now, nice to know there’s still people you can trust out there.
