I didn’t realize every single equity loan place was run by the same broker. So I apply once and told I was denied because of the mileage on my vehicle. I tried other places I had thought (turned out to be the exact same broker) They email me Requesting all the documents including my SIN (optional I didn’t send it) I wait a day call the number, what do you know it’s the same broker again... so why did he request all my information knowing I wouldn’t be approved? Sketchy.
