Wasted my time, told me so many times they would call me back but i ended up having to call the next day every day in order for my application to be finished. Like legit for every step i ended up waiting all day only to call them the next day and be informed that they hadn't even started the process in which they told me the previous day that it would be done. Ended up waiting 3 days only to be told that id have to get a new cosigner. Anyways i dont care about not getting the loan. Im upset that for any service to be provided i had to call them. Fix your lazy employees.

I'm glad i got the work loss insurance with this COVID-19 lock down going on, it really helped. Hello, for those interested I wanted to share my story with Easyfinancial services in the past year. Going through the pandemic I was lucky to keep my job however my wages were reduced drastically and I was scrambling like everyone else. I did not want to default on any of my payments and loans. Stephen at Easyfinancial was able to work with me and adjust or defer payments as needed. Recently my wages were increased but still not to 100% but we are able to return to normal payment schedule and I want to thank Easyfinancial for helping me through these tough times. I have tried twice in two years to try and get a loan. My credit score is in the very good range and I am on pension. Because I am on pension, they don't and won't let me get a loan. The put the minimum amount of income above what a single person gets on pension so they can't get a loan. Why would I bother working hard to build my credit only have all loans turned down because I am "poor"?

Easy Financial Branch # 2224, at the 2400 block of Centre Street North in Calgary, has very courteous staff. The main contacts are Steve and Shinny. Shinny was very conscientuos, diligent and thoughtful in her role as an applicant contact, for those seeking a loan, where conventional banks will not lend to you for various reasons. Shinny guided me through the loan application process and informed me of the type of documents I needed to show her in order to proceed with the loan application. This part can be quick or slow depending upon the applicants ability to get the proper documents like pay stubs, banking info, etc.. Then once the loan application is processed, and you are APPROVED, like I was, Shinny takes you step by step through the process of explaining the paperwork and the kind of services EASY Financial provides through their loan approval partners. In the case of a car loan you get Roadside assistance services. Then in my case, because I get paid semi-monthly, the loan payment schedule is set up the same way. Shinny also explains that if a payment date falls on a holiday or on the weekend, the payment day is changed to Friday. Shinny explained all this and more, and made me fell very comfortable with everything. The Steve comes along and does the loan approval for the branch, before it loan paperwork goes to head office outside Toronto, where the head office has the final say of approval or denial and also suggest the quantifiable limit of the loan. In my case it was up to $ 10,000. I only asked for a manageable amount of $ 5,000. Then finally everything is finalized and signed and by next day the money was in my bank account by the next day! Thank you Shinny, Steve and Easy Financial. I will soon enjoy driving my newer car!

I know services like these gets a bad name for higher interest fees but let me tell you this. I got a load from these guys because banks wouldn't look at me. I had no credit history. But they where easy to deal with. So friendly n kind. In the time I took to pay off my load I had to defer a payment n even this wasn't a problem. After it was paid off my credit score was higher. I would recommend this place for anyone starting out or who just had some bad luck in life.

I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of help with there financial situations. I had Lisa help me with an emergency increase on my loan and she made it very easy and accessible to complete the transaction. She also helped me in adjusting the date of my payments to make it alot easier for my payments every month. Lisa always makes me feel like she is helping a family member in need. Save yourself the headache. I was lied to and basically stolen from. They offer an insurance policy if your layed off work they will cover your payments. Called the branch the day I was layed off..... Guess what, they didn't stop the payment... Or the next one. Was lied to about a refund policy then they completlyc denied ever mentioning it. I'm on day 6-7 now trying to get my refund, 7 days of 3+ 45 min calls later and still no closer to having my money back. It's a legal scam racket ran out of onterrible, wish someone stopped me from ever using these a$$holes!!

You are in a bind easy financial is there. You need something important easy financial is there. They are driven on putting YOU in debt. I have a loan and of course they say you have bad credit. Mine is not so great i know this !! I dont need to be reminded when i look for solutions. Is taking additional credit to clear old credit a good thing NO But i thought i would attempt to consolidate my debt. Sure it seemed easy. Fill out the forms and get a call. Yup i got the call . yes we can help you! Just to find it was canada drives that does the application. Not only are canada drives aggressive with car sales now they partner with easy financial. Shoot who would have thunk. Anyways i took a loan. At that point i needed it it was small maybe $ 700.00 which was pretty much paid off . i received an email advising i had been approved for an increase. I thought this maybe a good deal as some unexpected things came my way. Well let me tell you and to be quite clear there was no DEAL easy financial takes advantage of people struggling. I my own stupid mistake i did re loan through them at the time it seemed that it was a good choice but when i was on the phone with an agent named " kim " she advised me i had been approved for an increase. I thought wow i will be able to clear some of my debt. What i did not know is there was so many service fees that would make almost 50% of my loan anx when you say no to the extras they become super aggressive. My loan of about $ 1200 less my pervious loan would cost me $ 2400+ including all the additional fees that they make you pay. Am i stupid YES did i want to give easy financial a chance YES. At the end of tbe day do not USE easy financial. You will lose more than you gain.

Lied to and avoided at every turn been cold-called twice in two months trying to get me to sign up for a loan only to be later told i dont have sufficient proof of employment or good enough credit. So i go through days of gathering paperwork and jumping through hoops with banks and employer and landlords etc. Only to be turned out the door. Then the second time they cold called me 2 months later with the same offer but for MORE money and im already approved "just send me a few documents and come in on thursday to sign some stuff and money is all yours" well, today is thursday, and the guy who set up the appointment took today off without making an effort to let me know. Then i tried dealing with his coworker, who didnt know anything about the state of my loan so we had to start from scratch, so off i go to collect everything up for him. Drove around getting signatures and paperwork from banks, employers, landlords, etc. Bills for proff of residence everything. Took me a total of 4 hours. Than when i was 2 minutes from the store with the info he needed, he called me to say hes going home early and i can just deal with the original guy i was dealing with at a later date because he wants to go home. I arrived at the store to everyone gone except the receptionist to whom i explained my situation, and he seemed to be the only one with his head on straight as he grabbed the paperwork and agreed to set the entire deal up end to end so that the manager can put it all through in the morning and get things done. I have never seen this level of neglect and lack of care in a retail business in my entire life. I wasnt mad at all, i just felt defeated and frustrated. Ive been dealing with Go-easy companies for years and frankly, this one is an embarrassment to the company. Make an effort to travel to a different easy financial in the city. Its worth the travel to avoid the pain of their staff. Will update after tomorrow if they choose to be more customer friendly.

I understand each individual's needs will be different from the next. I will say this, it was easy to acquire the loan through a third party. No hoops just straight forward. It has been stressful dealing with in office staff who can be disrespectful at times. I have been witness to employees trying to blame lenders for incomplete information not being shared between themselves at the beginning of a loan, and having myself (client) fill in missing information from years back. I've been contacted with offers just to have my credit ran for no good reason in the end. I wasn't made aware it would be ran until it was done and too late. Not to mention being FORCED to hand over information so they can have free will, just to have my withdrawal dates changed at their convenience, which I had a feeling was going to happen. These are my personal dealings with Easy financial and I would Never recommend them to a next person!!! And know I have never defaulted with them to the point they were offering me thousands more. I ended up at this location and they were AMAZING! The staff here was super friendly and stayed in constant contact with me until the issue was resolved! This place is a joke, first they send you an email saying that your pre-approved for $1500 which is a complete lie and false advertising. Then when I went in for the loan which I actually needed they said I could only get $850 so I said ok I'll take it because I really needed to make a credit card payment so I took the money out of my rent to pay my credit card payment because I was told I would get the loan. So the short version is that in the end they denied me for some stupid reason and screwed me over.

I recently switched banks and they kept trying to pull money out of the old bank 2 payments after giving them my new banking info, and then i switched jobs and explained that money wouldnt be in my account on the usual payday due to different pay periods, they pulled money out on the old payday and the date i had agreed on with an employee there 4 days later, so 2 payments equaling almost $400 in less than a week, dont use these guys, they have no idea what they are doing
