DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND DEFINITELY NOT MAYFIELD COMMON BRANCH! I had a loan with easy financial for about 5 years! The first loan I paid off early - it was a two year term and I paid it in one year. I got a second loan - EXTREMELY HIGH INTEREST - like I think it’s 48%! I have made my loan payments properly but then became unemployed. I STILL maintained my payments through that time! I started work again but it was slow and money was super tight and STILL I made the payments until I just couldn’t keep up. I became unemployed at the end of June through mass layoffs and started a new job in October. I was making payments even after my job loss in June - except September and October I just couldn’t. I WILL be able to resume payments - I had to move for this new job, government cutbacks has directly impacted my hours and I’ve now taken in a second employer so - I should be ok once I start getting a regular pay check. Easy financial does NOT care. TONY IS THE MANAGER AND SHE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH! She is like a rabid shark! Her employees are much more professional. After a screaming telephone conversation with her where she told me she doesn’t care what I have to do to get her money - beg borrow or steal....I hung up. She called me back and left a very calm voicemail saying “we must have gotten disconnected - give me a call back”. What the hell????? DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - YOULL NEVER GET OUT FROM THEM - AT THE VERY LEAST STAY AWAY FROM MAYFIELD COMMON BRANCH AND TONY!

So angry. After coming to the end of our 3 year term, we find out there's an extra $800 fee at the end! Don't do it. Back away slowly. Go anywhere else. Better yet, don't do it at all!!!! Our interest rate tripled after we signed the contract without warning!

This place is shady they take money from you account without authorization and they don’t get back to you regarding there wrong doing. This causes other banks issues. Do they pay interest to me on money they preaurhprized in advance from me And took out of my bank account 12 days too soon after paying my payment on the 15th they took money that day and then again on The 18th my payments come out 15 th and last day of month. No response from them yet. Well very illegal to take money when not authorized i would answers . You guys call every five minutes when Money is owed to you and now you don’t even respond . I find that bizarre and shady i don’t recommend this company you may get scammed too.
