I would give -10 ☆'s if I could. The interest rates are atrocious!! Unless you pay the whole thing off at once you are basically paying one quarter of your actual loan each monthly payment and the rest goes to services and la dee da fees! They are making triple the amount back into their company than the original loan you borrowed. I don't know how this is deemed legal, more like criminal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOAN COMPANY!!! You've been warned. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE SIGN ANYTHING! BECAUSE THEY SURE AS HELL DON'T TELL YOU WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY SIGNING UP FOR!!

Annoying customer service, got defensive, told me I was at fault for not checking my balance when I had phoned them before. Machines were not working so I couldn't pay back a loan. There is a better way to deal with an angry customer to help them feel heard/understood. As a leader of a support team, I would be very disappointed if any of my team acted like this. I would never recommend anyone to come here and would actively encourage people considering it to rethink their decision.

They are very polite and friendly. I know the pay rate is high, but they have to make a living. This a business. They are there to help out when you are short on cash at the momment. I know a lot of people complain about them, but you know they weren't the ones that did not screw up on your budget in the first place or cause you not to deal with extra debts. They've always been friendly and very helpful every time I go there. I've never had any issues there, and service is usually quick ,I'm usually in and out within five to ten minutes. I prefer cash money over any other banks out there . I've had the best expirence here overall out of all the banks I've been a client at over the years

The ladies i deal with are awesome. However the app sucks. Was late only once. Due to trying to use the app as I was nowhere near a store (nearest store was over 100kms away) and the app kept failing. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and still failed. With that being said some of their company policies suck and head office likes to change them without notice for example if you do not go in and pay on the due date and pull it out of your accoint (which I'm totally cool with ) it is considered a late payment. Also their debit machines were down i they didn't send a notice out when I arrived at the store I saw the sign and talked to the nice lady and tried the app again on a newer phone only 3 weeks old once again the app failed and was forced to drive 25 mins each way across town to get to the bank to pull out cash to pay with. Overall I like the employees and would rrecommend the place to everyone who needs it.

I have been going to Cash Money for years but after my last experience, I will no longer be using their services. Quite a few years ago, they had a class action lawsuit against them for overcharging interest on loans. I was part of this lawsuit and all the customers got money back but only half in credit for Payday loans and half in money. Sketchy, right? Then, this past weekend, I went in to pay off a loan. I did not realize that it had been taken out of my account that morning, so I went to my nearest location (84th & Scott Rd.) And told the girl working that I wanted to make a payment. She rang it through and I left. Later on that night, I checked my bank account online and noticed I was charged twice!! The next morning I called customer service and they told me to go back to the location and show them the charges and get my refund put back onto the same debit card I paid with. So I do, only when I get there and explain to them what happened, they told me to come back later on in the week when the manager is there because they don't have authorization to do a refund... Really??? I was immediately pissed... I told the girl that she better get her manager on the phone because I am not leaving without my money. After about 10-15min she finally calls me over to sign some forms and gives me cash... Didn't like that either... But I took it. I will never be going back to this place ever again and if you are smart, you will find a different place to take your business.

It wasn't until I asked her to bring up my online banking before she admitted that it happened. They refunded me in cash, however, it took more work for me to go to my bank to deposit it again. This was my first experience with a payday loan from anywhere. I was kind of hesitant at first but Jamie was very open and transparent with me about the whole process. She was kind, friendly, and made me feel much more comfortable about the whole thing.
