A couple years ago I was a client of this location. I used to borrow against some items, and was pretty darn perfect with my payments. This ended when my xbox one was dropped. I made quite a serious deal about it, obviously! The regional manager made good about resolving the issue by, buying me out of my loans, but immediately after, I was advised never to return to the store. After being a really great client for years, this was pretty harsh, since I knew the staff pretty well and often made purchases at the store. I never did get an actual apology. Instead of trying to maintain a good and decent relationship where I would have most definitely returned to make many more purchases, the store did the opposite. It didn't matter how good my relationship was in the end, or how polite I was, because they banned me anyway.

Staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are happy to check any piece of jewelry even just to give you some knowledge on the compositions and or base metals without having to pay, pawn, or sell. Full of all sorts of fun odds and ends definitely worth even just checking out.

Great place to go to when money is tight and you need a loan and super great place to go to when you're looking for tools Electronics and other really cool things at really good prices. Staff there is always helpful and courteous and the management is great. My only complain is that they got to get rid of that 50 Cent debit fee on items over $20 or above if I pay $200 for an item I still have to pay $0.50 debit fee and that's ridiculous . But then you're still saving on the great deals

After a hilarious mix up around the kind of pawn shop. I was pleasantly surprised at the great offers and the lovely people of Cash Canada Lethbridge, namely Charlotte, once I got over the language barrier (the Queens English they say) she most very helpful with ringing me with a new hifi system and giving me directions to my original intended destination. Dirty place. Cashier was too busy texting to ring us through for the couple items we bought. A lot of the items they had were so worn n torn you wonder why they try to sell some of the things they have. Other items are over priced. Found a pair of binoculars that were cheaper new when checking then and there online on my cell. Unprofessional no customer service skills. The young lady had us wait for the next teller at first. The other teller was busy talking to a guy about pool. Not doing his job. After waiting for what seemed like 10 minutes she finally helps but had to get a few texts out of the way first. Was in today April 8th approx 5pm. Or maybe shortly before 5. For a pawn shop though what do you expect. King of trade across the street is way more professional and clean and have king of trade employees know what customer service is. Cash Canada employees do not. At least the Lethbridge location.

Dont take your guitars here, they have little knowledge about them. The ones they have on their wall are way overpriced as well. The staff was rude to me cause they thought my 57' fender reissue was beat up but it's how it's made. Worth about $1500 minimum, was asking for 150 loan. Went to King of Trade and no problems.
