I went to cashbox to Google unlock my phone. It was one of the few places that offer this service. The store was easy to find, well organized and clean. The staff are so nice and I can tell they treat everyone as a friend that walks into the store. Okeeno was so friendly and talented with unlocking phones. I recommend 1000%

I’ve been dealing with cash box on 97 street since they’ve opened. I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience. All the staff are friendly. Very knowledgeable. Everything is explained so there is nothing left to question. I always leave with a smile the staff make it a fun experience. Always fair and the items I purchase are in excellent working condition. Oh I’ve also been to the store on stoney plain road and I can say they are excellent to deal with as well Save yourself some time and go see the girls at cash box first. You’ll be happy you did

i bought an s9 plus “blacklisted for $150 from the store in 128 ave and 97 st came home went to charge it,to find out the screen is lcd is broken,went to call them for a refund,.coz as per the description,ITs BLACKLISTED,not in description there it says that the lcd is cracked!!,they didnt give me a refund,coz its final sale,!!if they have put there that the unit’s lcd. is cracked i would have not bought it!!!so sad..just to make a buck...i will never go back to that store again.

I was very pleased with my experience here, needed some winter tires for my girlfriends car and needed to scrounge up the money to do so. So I had to pawn some music equipment. They gave me exactly what I asked to borrow and then when I came in early to pay it off they gave me a break on interest. Being right before Christmas I am very grateful for that break. Its not a fun time usually when you have to pawn things to pay for unexpected expenses but if you have to do it this is the place to go.
