Had my cousin drive down from Calgary to see this vehicle as he had an appointment booked to see it and had a mechanical inspection booked. This guy's didn't even answer his phone until two days later!! Such a waste of our time and huge inconvenience for us.

Had the friendliest and most helpful experience in finding a new car. I felt no pressure to buy anything nor did he "push" for a sale, he simply just wanted to help me find a car and if he couldn't find anything that fit my wants, he was ok with that. I told him what I was looking for (mid size sedan with some luxury) and he ended up looking for something to find what I was looking for. I would recommend anyone who hates dealing with car salesmen to work with ian because I feel like he truly is trying to help you the best he can instead of making a quick buck.

Purchased a car from North Auto several months ago and had a great experience. Like advertised, Ian provided a no pressure approach, allowing me to take my time and see what was available. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he had available and was open about both the good and bad qualities of each, often down to differences between years of the same model. I thought all of the vehicles available were competitively priced with the added bonus of an on-site mechanic to provide some checks. Ian was also willing to take care of some minor cosmetic damage around the window and had that part completely replaced along with fixing some wheel balance issues. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle as an alternative to private sellers.
