My bf and I had a business meeting here with Jason, we were referred to him by a good friend and he was absolutely fantastic. Been trying there phone for about 2 hours now.(12:pm to 2:00pm) for my girlfeind who's trying check her balance because they simply just can't help her get into the online banking.(which we have been trying to do for a 2 weeks now) all the help we've gotten is "try reinstalling your app". Come on.... An absolute joke of a support service.
