They really need to specify their exact boundaries. By this I mean their name should be changed to Blue Copper Corp Edmonton area only! Went in under the assumption I’d get approved for a pay day loan. I applied and was led on to believe I’d be getting my advance once my employment was verified. Didn’t even get a call back all I got was an email saying I lived too far away to qualify for a pay day loan. No where in the fine print did I read Edmonton area only and I only lived 160 kms away from Edmonton. As Far as i know business knows no boundaries I recommend cash money I applied online and within half hour I received an e transfer no problem at all, no being led on just straight customer satisfaction.

Great company and great staff. Paula was a great help when I needed a loan. I've never loaned before so it was stressful for me. But Blue Copper and Paula made it easy for me to loan as well easy to reloan when needed. Thank you ????

So today I called Blue Copper Edmonton office looking for that Friendly person described in the previous (obviously FAKE) review. I asked for friendly Elaina who I expected would be kind and helpful and there she was. As I politely introduced myself and said a friend referred me to Blue Copper in hope that she could help me out Elaina instantly DEMANDED I tell her my friends name. I tried to explain that my friend asked me not to share her name. Elaina became extremely rude and started yelling at me demanding I explain to her why my friend wanted to stay anonymous I tried to tell her I didn't know the reason but Elaina continued YELLING AT ME. She said Blue Copper didn't want to help me if I could not explain why someone would not to be named. I am extremely disappointed with this behavior and would warn all of potential customers to be prepared to reveal other people's identity or explain their business if they wanted "kind" Elaina to help them . STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Cash Money much better option. friendly polite and helpful. go to CASH MONEY!!!

Was extremely disappointed with the service. I went in with more than enough documentation and was told that I didnt have enough. I showed them my online statements, that were current and I showed my direct deposit. I went to the my bank and provided direct withdrawal information.im gainfully employed. If you need a payday loan, i would reccomend money mart or cash money. Their loan process is much quicker and easier.. they accept online statements. If these guys ever hope to stay competitive they definately need to adopt better practices. Plus they only allow around 250 for a payday advance, even if you earn over 3000 a month. Back to money mart I go.

I initially posted a negative review of Blue Copper due to some frustration I experienced with the Edmonton location which after discussing with owner Dave in Calgary was resolved completely and to my satisfaction. Dave is a very hands on owner who is very caring, compassionate and very concerned about helping out his clients going above and beyond your expectations. A rare thing to find in today's dog eat dog world. I will always be grateful to Dave and Blue Copper for helping me out in an urgent situation when others give you the run around. I highly recommend Blue Copper if you are looking for fast efficient service from a very decent lending company. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Blue Copper and staff.

When you can call someone for help, then meet them in person and realize that they are twice as nice in person and not just over the phone, then that to me is someone I always want to do business with...Yesterday, I was not treated as just another customer needing some financial help, but I was treated like a person, and a friend who was getting help in a difficult time by another friend. If you have not been to Blue Copper Capital right here in Edmonton, you need to slap the sheet and blanket out of yourself!!! No kidding here! This woman Elaina was the worst customer service rep I have ever experienced. I went in for a loan and she was so nice to start, but once I started to explain my situation for my loan and asking questions about my loan, she kept cutting me off. She was very rude, and spoke in a condescending manner. I am a shy person and like she personally victimized me to make me feel bad, her demeanor is so overwhelming that I felt like she was going to jump over the counter to start a scrap. Her service is a joke. Would not recommend her to anyone who values their time or money. If I could give her ZERO STARS I would.

I was a little nervous to be honest since I really needed the help and was new to applying for any type of loan. Right from hello Eleana made me feel as if we were old friends having a coffee and catching up. Not to say she wasn't professional, she was. Called me when she said she would, answered any and every question I had, my paperwork was ready when i walked in the door, offered me a beverage and fully explained the whole process.
