Very friendly and easy to talk to,as mentioned in other comments doesn't judge you for whatever situation you might be in.I brought something in and because I literally picked the item up the same day he knocked the rates down when I was there.With a quick glance I noticed various items for sale including snowboards with bindings and tools and some electronics,worth a check out anyways you never know if you might find what you are looking for.I can say though with it being more personable that it's an easier transaction than other places I'm sure.

Terrible place, opens the door with a scowl on his face. Wanted to pawn my saw for a week so i could get it back, told me my saw was too old and no one would buy. 10 mins on Kjiji and someone bought it. Guy has no clue what he's talking about, never go to this store no matter what !

I seldom come to pawn shops however when I came here I only had excellent service. I was looking for a ps4 and got my hands on one quickly because of the great excellent service. The 'owner' (I'm guessing) had a bulldog sleeping in the shop and outside on the door it says not to pet the dog, so when my little brother went to go pet it I guess you can guess what happened. He learned something that day...

I had called on the phone looking for an item, and they were extremely rude. When they had picked up the man on the lined has said "Well hello are you going to say something?" Very rudely, and as he said no to having the item, he finished with have a stupid day. Will not buy from here again.

Tried to call and left a message. Someone called back and abruptly said “can I help you”? Obviously I had no idea who it was, just a # came up and I had called many places for various things all morning. He said “you called me”, I said “ok but can you tell me where your calling from…? and before I could finish my sentence to say I had made several calls within the last hour & expected return calls, he cut me off and said “you know what? forget it” & hung up. Seriously?? Usually when you call someone back (without listening to the detailed message I left) usually you say who you are. I guess he thought I had his # memorized and should have known it was him. Unprofessional. Too bad, cuz I had things to buy and sell.

Rip off artist and theif....wanted to give me $140 for over $500 of brand new items except a phone that still retails for $549. Than a mistake of my own I accidentally forgot my phone there, noticed as soon as I got home,called him and he told me to call back in 10 min so instead I got in my car and drove the 30 minutes back over. Upon getting there I had to wait while he argued on the phone than had him tell me someone must have swiped it...tried taking my number like he expected me to leave...i told him I wasn't leaving until I knew where it was cause he was the only place I had been and I knew it was left there. He asked me to move my car...making me leave the store and than SURPRISE when I came back in he all of a sudden "wait! Do you see that . ..its right there!!!!" .....it was on the floor between his desk and filling cabinets...to make this clear NONE of my items were anywhere close to where my phone miraculously showed up. So obviously he realized he was going to be busted cause I wasn't leaving without it even if I had to call the cops! Don't ever go here!!! He doesn't know his prices....said I wouldn't get anything for any of my items and selling them online would take forever and be a headache....fyi cause I'm sure he'll read this...i sold 3 of my items and made more than what he had to offer for basically 9 brand new items plus a $549 phone in excellent shape! I have made reports to the correct people as I'm not surprised if he buys hot items

I have been to this pawn shop many times, not only is the store owner fair and friendly but he seems knowledgeable of the pawn industry and the value of items. Not only is this a reputable business but the owner IS a genuine individual that will absolutely try his best to help you where he can and be as lenient as possible.

I've dealt with this shop for many years. The owner has always been fair. Of course, I mostly bring items that have value. At times I've brought items that are not pawn worthy but he has always been polite and offered me options on how to sell them or the names of other pawn shops that might accept them. I find the hours of operation very convenient. During the week, he is there from 10am to 6pm and he's there on the weekends as well. I've never had a negative experience with the owner.
