What a great experience for my mom and myself this morning. Wonderful welcoming staff and more than willing to help my mom get her vaccine receipts down to a manageable size and laminated for use. Mom also got a new card while she was there and is so looking forward to returning to take out a few books! Bravo W.F. Chisholm Public Library Staff.

The Library itself & the staff are excellent - but here are some operational issues: 1) Unfortunately, (not the fault of the library - simply a budget issue) it has different schedules - for example, 'Winter Hours' - it is not open 7 days a week (Sunday is closed); it does NOT have a consistent 'Open' hours, so one will need to know the different day of the week and different 'Open' time of the day... (For example: Monday, Noon to 8p; Tuesday, 10a to 6p... unless one is a regular visitor, it can be a disappointment. 2) People using the library - somehow have no concept of 'Quiet' courtesy, such as talking on cell phone, talking/conversing loud enough that can be heard 4 meters away - yet the staff does not enforce a 'Quiet' rule, as the staff are talking out loud as well. So, it can be very annoying. I am old school, and used to minimal conversation, and when on a 'MUST' converse basis - whisper as much as possible. I really do not understand why there is no common courtesy!!

A beautiful learning and reading environment. This has to be my favourite and most-visited location in the community. There is a vast collection of books, movies and technology. Just wonderful!

The workers are too loud. A library is meant to be a quiet place and its very distracting when the only people talking are the ladies at the desk. Quiet down.
