I am not glad to rate this but it may be one of the noisiest places in Canada. The employees working there and the cleaning staff talk loudly and make jokes for hours on so called quite floor, right next to the sign. Also they talk on phone while walking around. In short, not a place for quite reading.

Great library with lots of different seating options (desk bikes!), spacious areas, clean washrooms, and overall a motivating atmosphere. And its great that it's open to the public as well. As a visitor, I appreciate having a library like this one to focus on my studies.

Nice place to study. Ample number of books there. 1st floor is very quiet and seating arrangement is comfortable too. They have writing help desk as well. WiFi is available for university students and you can also find sockets everywhere. There's lots of computers on ground floor and basement area. But never leave your things unattended.

I go there mostly because of their free use computers, and good internet connection, as well as the friendly and mentally stimulating environment. Their books selection is vast and great but they might be lacking in stuff like alternative medicine, herbs/herbal ism, and the such too. The could use more recent stuff on this. I am like a kid in a candy store with all of that intellectual knowledge around me. They also have a suggestion/comment box that they actually check on a regular basis to improve their service and/or product.

Multiple floors, vast collection of books, open to non-students as well with assessment and vaccination proof, cafeteria at 1st floor. It's just a perfect study environment.

Really awesome library! Even though I was a St. Clair College student, I still went there to use the Internet since I had no Internet in my apartment. The staff for the most part are really nice there and are willing to bend over backwards to assist non-university students like myself. For example: I forgot my headphones and when I told them I was not a student, they gave me a pair of headphones to borrow and all I had to provide was my Ontario Driver's Licence. I really liked that they had computers for the public to use and even though it said 15 min on busy time periods, the library wasn't as busy.

Nobody can shut the eff up when I'm studying. Everyone's voice is usually in a talking level, and groups of colleagues just can never study independently. Havent seen a librarian enter into floors 2 and 3 and telling students to be quiet. I wouldn't recommend going to a "quiet" area during the afternoon.

Found the third noisy at times. The automatic lights shut off so you need to stand up or wave your arms like a maniac. Some highlights was seeing a used condom in the stairwell and security stopping a thief who was lurking around looking for laptops to steal. I would never leave my laptop unattended there.

You will find there all the help you need to search the books,print, photocopy. The upper floors are quiet ones for personal studying. Employees are very helpful!
