Larondo Park has a small hill. Very good for skinning in winter or kate in summer. Large lawn is good for family sit and talk , enjoy sunshine in covid special period.

The White Rock Library is part of the Fraser Valley Regional Library system. So this small library gets quite large, with its access to book resources. This library also hosts activities in the conference, by bringing in guest speakers, on occasion. Don't forget to look at the new Mosaic Project with an interesting story. Thank City of White Rock .....

Usually not too busy. Lots of room for safe browsing and helpful staff if you need assistance. Books are sometimes already checked out but eventually turn up if you make a reservation!

It's a cozy and convenient spot but it can get pretty loud at times. Wish they would enforce the quiet rule a little more further because it sounds like a coffee shop at times.

I have come to this library 2 days in a row to study. Unfortunately, this library should change its name to a coffee shop. It is so loud, hard to concentrate. People on cell phones, talking to each other loudly, and playing board games. Roars of laughter and fun!. Benefits are air conditioning and WIFI, other than that it is not a good place to learn.

I love going to this library. It has a folksy cozy atmosphere in a world where all the older buildings are disappearing and steel and glass are taking over. Staff is helpful and the artwork and programs get changed up frequently. It's relaxing to sit and read beside the sunny, ocean view windows. (Except when loud exchanges of conversation are assaulting the air-space. Does the "quiet" rule no longer apply in Libraries? :(

Friendly, helpful staff. Their online catalogue makes browsing and pick up easy. A minor complaint is their kids section is a little sparse.

Terrible customer service. One of the staff members gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes when my 2 year old started crying. We left. Will not be returning.

I go there to practice play chess there on the Saturday's. They have a nice chess club you can join for free. The teacher there teaches new or old chess players. It is good because it keeps you out of trouble in life. There young and old chess players that you can help you play chess which is very nice. Try something new it helps a lot.
