Tourist coming through town with kids. Super impressed with the layout, size and tech level. Lots of computers and self serve stations. Staff was super friendly too!

Such a great library! The space is super relaxing for browsing. Tons of magazines as well as books to choose from. DVD and music are also available. Lots of kiosk for looking up books. Friendly staff.

Great library and staff! Very disappointed that info on website was incorrect though. Went yesterday with my teenager to see the Opioid Overdose candle display (says on website on until April 19th) and it was gone, moved early to another location. Gone already on the 18th, was looking forward seeing it, now never will get the chance

Making library users feel welcome does not seem to be anyones priority. Staff finish private conversations before finally and reluctantly assisting customers. I went to the library 15 minutes before closing time, and all the lights were turned off. They're closed on every holiday, and for a really long time around Christmas and New Years, when you can't even return books in the book drop. It's really inconvenient.

My girlfriend is from the Philippines and is here for the summer. She was blown away that anybody has free access to libraries like this. I like renting their Spanish and Dutch language books here. Super quiet. Most libraries have an issue with having more troublesome people inside sitting and talking inappropriately--that's not the case with the Vernon library. It's very safe and comfortable here. They also redesigned the entrance to prevent covid spread. I will be coming here more frequently again. Many resources here and I like the new spot for self-checkout.

Good location and great facility but I phoned three times, 2 times one day and one the next day and no-one answered. Now I may have a fee from an overdo book
