Bad supervisor she doesn't has library knowledge ---just allowed 1 baby 4 adults China Cantonese playing in a supper small liabary after play group time -that unkind family (1)keep taking family's photos more than 30 mins (2) kid running laughinga adults yelling laughing /grandparants took 100 photos noice //talking !!!! Terrible !!!! When I stop them the ungry supervisor called security guys and female asked me to leave??????

So far, so good. Well trained staff. If they don't know something, they will check for you. Good quiet place to go to get some work done. Cheaper than a cafe.

A relatively large VPL branch! However, many book shelves are empty and there is no quiet study room (sometimes, people are talking kinda loud here!) Good for families with teens but not for those with babies!

Overall great facility. Brought my baby to the babytime during weekdays, a full room session. Staff are super friendly and proactively helpful.

Terrible mean rude staff there. I went to ask a question and she talked to me like I was stupid. Plus gave me a lecture at the same time.

probably the best, most considerate VPL staff. However, not the quietest library granted it's vicinity to near by high schools and the amount of tutoring sessions that take place here that are way above a whisper. Not so loud from visiting children, and their children's section is separated from where one would find a nice spot to study. Not the biggest selection of books either, but ideal for getting work done as long as you don't mind having to ask people to quiet down.

Great library! There are usually computers available for use, and tables to study at. This branch isn't that big though. Staff here are helpful and friendly. Even the people that use this library are really friendly and approachable. I met a really good friend here.
