Everyone is friendly here. I love the little ticket shop in the kids area. It’s a small branch so washrooms can be occupied most of the time.

A very tiny library but it is quiet enough to read/do work and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Although the library is good and the staff is really helpful. Why I give them a 1-star is because someone attempted to hack the email id I used on their machine still running windows 7. It was clear that my password was somehow intercepted/logged. See the attached screen shot of the failed hack attempts that too simulated from different locations. I was lucky to have enabled additional security enabled on my email account. So be very mindful of logging into ur personal emails using the PCs they have.

Small library with limited collections. However, the staff is friendly and it is on a busy area of Granville Street so it is easily accessible.

I love how friendly the librarians are. Always feel welcome. Its a small library, but decent. Very helpful. Staff is amazing.

The branch manager attempted to lecture me on the bylaws of your dog barking “outside” of the library. Is it illegal for your dog to bark on the street? As to is it illegal if a baby cries or if people yell outside of the library? I understand it may have been a disturbance as I was in there for 5 minutes while my pup waited. Yes she barked on and off for a second - but to threaten with bylaws? Ridiculous and complete lie. How can a branch manager make something up like that to shame your pet?? Dogs bark as do people speak.
