It was my first time to go to Collingwood branch to pick up my order yesterday. The staff was very nice and professional. She helped me check whether all my orders arrived or not even when I haven't received the pick up email for all my holds. She explained the whole process and when I could expect my last book to arrive. great experience, thank you.

It’s a very small library! It does not have a quiet study room but it is pretty quiet most of time! It provides different kids programs! There are a few tables and chairs for reading!

Friendly and helpful staff, cute little VPL branch! I appreciate that you are open until 9pm, at least one day of the week. Most branches in the area are closed by 8pm or earlier!
