I don't care about event parking it's a fact of.life in downtown parking. But if you're going to charge event parking at least know the event.... I shouldn't have to pay for event parking if you cannot tell me what the event is. The guy said "they don't tell us, just tell us to put the sign up" so beware this location just puts the sign up even if no events are taking place

If you're going to a show at the QE Theatre, you might as well pay a couple of bucks more and park at the venue. You could park two or three blocks away for a buck or two less, but why bother? Expect to wait about 20 to 30 minutes to exit the parking lot after the show, but at least you're dry.

Rates as of June 17, 2019. $2.50 for 30 min to a max of $13.50 for the day but I don’t know how they figure out what are events. Would be a pain in the a$$ if you figured only paying $13.50 and come back to owe $21. I guess it makes sense as B.C. Place, Queen Elizabeth Theatre and Rogers Arena are close to this lot.

Misleading/unfair pricing for overnight visitors. The day rolls over at 5am, so you will be billed for 2 days if you leave a vehicle overnight and exit after 5am. While this is somewhat fair, the catch is that if you return to park on the second day after already having paid the max rate, your second parking session will be charged as a new session. Ie. they double charge you despite advertising a daily maximum charge. Everything is fully automated, and I never saw an attendant present during my 4 days there, so you can't ask for clarifications on the rules. Pretty scummy imo. Exits have a VERY strong scent of urine plus chemical cleaner. Feels like a biohazard leaving the stairwell.

The stairwells could use a good cleaning as there is s strong urine smell and lots of flies. The elevators are currently closed to use.

Very clean and well lit parking lot. Management guys are very responsible. I went back to my car to get my stuff twice and the patrol guy showed up twice. I feel very conformable to park my car in this parking lot.

Good parking garage, rates are high as throughout downtown. Can't complain about anything else tho
