The bubble tea is great, I actually love the mango pudding one so much. But, every time I try to go, I’m unable to get through the doors to get inside the Library Square Building because it’s after a certain hour (but definitely not that late!). We have even called before and we were asked to walk all the way around even though the guy can see us already. I have tried at least 3x to go but still no luck. Super frustrating. I recommend checking them out during the daytime when the library building doors are open or perhaps ordering online for delivery instead. You may have better luck with getting your bubble tea at night that way. On another note, service can also be improved, but noted that this is a newly opened location and they may still be working some things out.

Been buying bubble tea from them a couple of times, the drinks are great but to be honest they have possibly the WORST customer service out of all bubble tea stores in DT. Was especially frustrated when the staff told me they don't have any promotions but I saw promotion right away when i open delivery apps.

It’s tasty! BUT* My point I wanna have pearl* So, I’ve ordered Warm Strawberry Tea w/ PEARL!!! BUT I don’t get PEARL!!!! It’s not a clear cup; I can't see inside till I drink it. And I already got home. ????????‍♀️ I paid for it, but I don't get it; how do you solve this?

The taro purple rice tea does not have solid taro or purple rice in it, not worth the price and tastes like normal oolong tea. Bit unsatisfied.

They offering $10 off after spent $100 on Uber eats. However, whenever you use the $10 off and they will just canceling your order! They con people to spend over $100 and then will not letting you to use the promotion voucher! Disgusting!

Have yet to drink it, but the fact that after looking around at Hamilton and Robson as their address is on Robson, i found they are in the Vancouver Library building. I went up to the entrance of the building, all the door's locked, which is normal, it's at 9:50, they close at 11pm btw. I called them, they cam out of their store within the Library, I waved and told them I'm here to pick up order. They said I have to go to Georgia side. So i have to walk around the block to the other entrance (slight short cut on Hamilton 3/4 way up) and all the doors are also locked. I have to call them again and tell them all the doors are also locked on this side. They went to grab my order and opened the door from inside (their store is not near the middle about 20 ft further from the Robson side). So is it just because the employee don't want to walk that 20 steps so they have to make me walk a block and back (I of course parked my car by Robson, pay parking in effect), or is there something else? Anyone else experienced this before?

Ordered the peach sparkling tea again because it's very good. We paid $2 extra to have mini pearls but end up ONLY a few pearls in each tea. This is not acceptable.

The clerk asked, the service attitude is very good, and I ordered a cup of milk tea and went directly to the library to study (Original) 这个店有点难找但是不妨碍好喝啊，地址是正确的，因为在图书馆里所以要按照图书馆的规矩来啊，甜度和冰度可以按照自己喜欢的来并且有什么需求也可以找店员询问，服务态度很好，点杯奶茶直接去图书馆学习了

Be careful when ordering their Buy1 Get1 offer. The system doesn't recognize that your 1 order is equivalent to 2. You have to manually put the 2 orders in. Otherwise you end up paying for 1 expensive drink.
