However, I am told that the wrong address is not far away (around 30 minutes). 1- This address is located in a different administrative region, where it is illegal to go because of the confinement measures. 2- Even if the region was not closed, I find it unreasonable that I am asked to make 1 hour round trip to pick up my order because of their error, without offering me compensation. Another proposed alternative is to "return the package to Trois-Rivières and then re-send it to the correct address is an option, with approximately one to two weeks of transit". As I do not have the package in my possession, this option does not even depend on me. In addition, it is only recommended to go out for essential reasons! (Original) J'ai passé une commande en ligne qui a été livrée à la mauvaise adresse. Je l'ai signalé à la librairie par courriel, qui reconnaît son erreur. Toutefois, on m'indique que la mauvaise adresse n'est pas très loin (30 minutes environ). 1- Cette adresse est située dans une région administrative différente, où il est illégal de me rendre en raison des mesures de confinement. 2- Même si la région n'était pas fermée, je trouve déraisonnable qu'on me demande de faire 1h00 de route aller-retour pour aller chercher ma commande en raison de leur erreur, sans me proposer de dédommagement. Une autre alternative proposée est de « renvoyer le colis à Trois-Rivières pour ensuite le ré-envoyer à la bonne adresse est une option, moyennant environ une à deux semaines de transit ». Comme je n'ai pas le colis en ma possession, cette option ne dépend même pas de moi. De plus, il n'est recommandé de sortir que pour des motifs essentiels!
