Love this place, lots of light. Staff is super helpful and don't talk down to you if you are so called technology challenged. As for those who say Tim Horton's is quieter, sure and Russia is a democracy or the other comment about going to Starbucks, not likely as there isn't one in Quinte West (thankfully) My only complaint is that it should have better hours, really a library closed on a Sunday

Love the library. Great kids area and there are always new/fun activities on Saturdays. If they don't have the book you want and Belleville does, it will be sent there for you. Great and friendly staff, I've never noticed them being loud as some reviews suggested.

This is a beautiful library. There are plenty of tables with outlets beside huge windows. There are a ton of books. The children's section is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love going here and could spend hours here.

We just move in the area and it's been awhile since I borrowed books from any library since the pandemic began. This is our closest library, 20 minutes drive from our home. I like this location, when I applied for library card online, it was so easy to do I didn't have any issues and the library cards arrived after 2 days. 1 for me and 1 for my 2 yr old. I borrowed books for both of us and we pick them up on time. Whenever I bother them on the phone, the staff are always very helpful. I also love that they are using paper bags for packing our books. Wow!! I wish everything is in paper bags or any recyclable material these days. The library set as a good example for using recyclable materials. I hope the world realize that. This library has a very great service which I am happy about. We are looking forward for more books to borrow. Again, Thank you for the curbside pick up at least. We appreciate it!

Great views out of the large windows to sit by and read. The staff is amazing: always friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for new reading (ask about suggestions for books for children and youth, there is always something new to explore or a great classic that's been forgotten that they know about). A wonderful experience visiting this library every time we stop in.

This is not really a library. It is too loud. The patrons are quite but the staff think of this as their private discussion area. I've heard a few of them talking on the phone while others are trying to work. Half the phone call is being broadcast throughout the area. No effort is made to be quite. Some of the staff are extremely loud. Perhaps they have never worked in a library before. My advice...don't bother going to this library if you want to work or avoid distraction. Honestly, Tim Horton's is more quite.

Very nice library. Excellent view from the windows into the bay. My child loves the play area for kids and sitting and reading books together. They also have very good reading programs encouraging children to read.

I love QWL it has great things for everyone in the family. Not just books either. You take out dvds, games, so many organized activities for both children and adults. So happy to have it back!!
