Nice staff

This is a very small library in Parkway Mall. Because it is small, there is a limited selection of books. Also, it may be hard to access the computers because there are a lot of kids using them to play computer games. Only worth going if you live in the area. Another better library is Brookbanks close by.

My whole entire experience with this library is reason enough to give this location a poor rating. The place is permanently closed. I visited because it’s so close to my house. But I can’t afford to visit it. Because I consider time to be like money. And for all it’s worth I can find the same quality stuff in Chapters. And at least they are welcoming and they have a Starbucks. Way to go with encouraging people and the younger readers in this and the next generations to know and share the same values of you guys. And if it wasn’t because this is the only public library that is in the vicinity and the ubication is so convenient I would never go back there again. You guys are portraying reverse values into the community. I gotta say a star is way too much for you guys.

I came here looking for a specific book, but they did not have the book in this location but it was available in a different location. The nice woman got the book shipped out to the closest library to me so i can get it. She was a really kindhearted generous woman and she provided amazing service. I'm not sure of her name but she was an Asian woman. Thank you so much.

Please don't go to this library.. Because when i prepared my resume online.. the staff came telling me... this computer you cannot use anymore.. someone booked already... this is trebled.. i always go to brookbanks or Fairview... no problems at all...

This library is pretty quite, but the space is really limited. There are only about 5 computers and most of the time they're occupied, and there are only a few tables to work at. The staff, are pretty rude and unhelpful.

This library is amazing and the staff are amazing. They have great activities for small children with their parents, and it is always clean and tidy. It helps that they are across from an Ontario Early Years centre. I love that they have Lego Duplo and other toys for small kids too. Keeps them busy while you browse and check out. It has a great variety of books for kids too. The picture is outdated, they now have a narrow table along the front window with several outlets to plug in laptops and cell phones. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because as far as adult reading material, they are too small to offer a wide variety. They really need a bigger space. That said, now that TPL has online book borrowing, maybe physical books just aren't in high demand anymore?

This location is fairly small, however, the librarians are very friendly and helpful and they still jave a fairly decent selection given their size.. if you are looking for a location where you will be able yo ise a computer then i would suggest using this library during school hours, as often time the children occupy the computers after school hours.

Small mall branch, with the corresponding WiFi interruptions. Long table with chargers on bay windows viewing mall interior. Noise filters in a bit from the mall and there's a sickly green pallor from the paint and carpet.

Our Earth

Lots of interesting books to browse and borrow. If they do not have a book , they get it from different locations and hold the book for us . There is also computers and printers that we can use . The staff are friendly and really helpful.
