Cute library, I just wish they had more seating because it can get quite busy on Saturdays and they are closed 2 days out of the week which is inconvenient

A nice cozy library that I wish I went to more often. Plenty of space to study or just sit and read. A good selection of books and other items.

The hospitality is poor, librarians don't want to do their job therefore are rude and bossy. The staff in general are just plain rude and need to be replaced, many people in the neighbourhood have had a bad experience and nothing has gotten better.

It's a nice little library. Parking can be a problem during peak hours ( I walk over then usually). Inside is nice with everything easy to find. The staff is helpful and friendly. Since it is a small library they offer only some programs for kids of different ages. I visit often as it's the closest public library.

Absolutely above and beyond expectations with regard to helpful service by the librarian. Wonderful ambiance as well. Just what a library should feel like...a true gem of a neighbourhood library, located in Highland Creek, Scarborough.

Pretty library in a slice of suburbia. Revamped with study tables with chargers. Patrons still take up space for two people, but not as much of a problem as before.

I just joined the library a couple of weeks ago. I just retired and had not been to the library for years and years since my kids were little. Everything has changed so much but a very nice librarian was so helpful explaining to me how things work, spending considerable time with me sending me home with a welcome package. I have been back two or three times since and am always met with a friendly greeting and smile.

As a senior I visited Highland Creek library with the hope I could use their computer to renew my license plate sticker. The staff were teriffic. They patiently helped me through the process until the necessary documents were printed. They also retrieved my cell phone I had dropped in the parking space! Wonderful and friendly staff to whom I extend my congratulations and thanks.. Regards, Nick Lerway the process and the printing of the required forms. They wrexfriendly, patient an really seemed eager to help.
