Staffs are helpful but not a good place for quiet reading or studying. There's a high school nearby and a kids zone in the library. If I'm lucky there might be a few hours of peace and quiet.

Fabulous branch in the heart of Guildwood plaza.The librarians are very friendly and go out of their way to help you find whatever it is you are looking for. Matthew, Ruth and team have many groups to cater to the needs of the community.Very hardworking and dedicated. Simply wonderful!

Cozy suburban library. It's great that it is part of the superb Toronto Public Library Network, so materials across GTA can be delivered for free to Guildwood area too. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. I liked the Kidz Zone. The materials on sale always great pick, in my last trips I always bought one or two books: computer stuff (PHP, Drupal etc), Chris Hedges, Thomas Friedman...

I love to go to the guildwood library; it is always well organized, the library staff is awesome! They help their patrons with any inquiries.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Don't like when people without kids are sitting comfy in the kids zone. Or having friend meet ups in the kids zone. The owner's son at The pet grooming salon said they are looking for another location. The library needs to buy that space and expand.

Newly-renovated neighborhood branch in a strip mall. From front to back, manages to fit charger-equipped spaces, magazine seating area, tables, gender-neutral restrooms, shelves, children's area, and small program room. Only failing is lack of quiet spaces due to being concentrated in one open area at the doors and librarian desk.

Good location，good control of social distance.You may go the the park/shop/tim/bus/go stations afterwards haha.

It is crowded at the noon time since many high school students pass the library atm. The seats are not enough for visitors in the COVID time . (Fo However, the library has many kinds of books and movies. I enjoyed the video game books provided there and the story books. Stuffs are good as well.

disappointed in the newly renovated branch...too bright, too sterile, too institutional for my tastes. yes, it's bigger, has washrooms, and is more functional in some other important ways but it has left me cold, with no more comfy chairs or cozy ambiance. and with its orientation towards the front windows, you can't read the daily newspaper without feeling you're in a fishbowl. it seem like someone designed it so that people would enter, find a book, and then want to leave right away
