Big, organized and clean. The negatives: Not quiet.Very bad smell in the second floor. Literally I feel myself setting in Macdonalds. But they have plenty of rooms for study. I think If I came on weekends or morning, I would have different experiences

I used to love the old architecture of it before the renovation but still appreciate their effort to modernize and extending the arena to accommodate more public. A quiet and very lovely place to learn, think and grow. Great friendly staff and a fantastic collection of books for the kids with kid zone!

Staff is very nice and helpful, and book are very neatly organized such that it is very easy to find what you are looking for. Most of the time the atmosphere is very tranquil, except for when there are some kids/teenagers who come to use the library, and they start getting noisy to the point where it becomes a disturbance. Just wish the staff would quieten them more.

I really like this library it is very big, has many computers, and they have a very wide selection of books to read I would no doubt recommend this to everyone I know

Great library. The lighting is fantastic. Lots of natural light and windows. The staff are super helpful. And I like all the spaces for people to hang out. The kid area is great too.

I just go over there for printing some documents but I didn't know that we need the library card or printing card. But there was a lady and she helped me alot because she made the printing card for 4 to 5 copies. But I need 6 copies and I didn't have enough amount in it so at that time she helped me alot with that one copy. Beside this the library was good and quiet.

Love this Library. Lots of space and very quiet atmosphere during the week. However, weekends are busy and very loud. Great staff and excellent place for all ages. They have lots of events and wide selection of books, music, movies etc. Walking distance to Cedarbrae mall and other stores.

The library's look itself has a lot to offer. This library is very good for studying, reading, and even playing some games on the computers. Although the kids section gets loud it is still very quiet upstairs. I'm sorry about not having pictures. Thank you for taking your time to read this review.

Very good library with small study rooms, you could book a study for maximum of 2 hours per day, quite environment, nice study desk, there are two big study rooms as well, which you don't have to book it to use them. Overall it's a very good library, go to this place and maximize your productivity of the day.

Noisy Library!!! I couldn't understand why they can let a group come and chatting so loud without remind them keep quite. This s library, it s not coffee shop. People come here because they need quite place for study, reading, not for chatting. And the staff don't want to take any action about this group behavior.

I was at the cedarbrae library today and I only needed to use the photcopy machine. I asked if someone could help me and a Librarian was nice and was able to help. I didn’t have enough funds in my card so I went and added funds to the card. When I returned to use the copy machine she was gone and so I tried asking another librarian to help me and her excuse was that because of covid she wasn’t able to help! There where a bunch of librarians standing around doing absolutely nothing and neither of them would help me because of Covid! I understand we under a pandemic but they still have a job to do to help customers. I was wearing my mask and sanitizing my hands. Following all protocols. There was no issues when the other Librarian came back and was helping. However, although she was helping she was also telling me that she can’t help me as well! Then they started telling me that I had to book a computer session in order for me to use the machine which I found ridiculous because already I started using the machine! So that made no sense! Overall very disorganized with the new Covid protocols. Very poor customer service!

Great place for all age. There are various books and various sections for children. I love this place as most of the times you will get comfortable seats to work. Also, there are various room where you can get appointment and use that room for group study and any kind of phone interview. It has scanner and printing facility though you need to have library card to access these equipment. They are various computers to access for those who don't have computers. It's really good. The most things I like about this library is it's working hours. It's perfectly good.

I just love this library. It's in a great location. The library is always clean and has lots of seating and outlets.

Very good, quiet atmosphere. Always a go-to to study for exams and do projects. you can book the rooms for group projects. Often there are events for small children. This is one of the biggest libraries in Scarborough, so you can most likely find any book you are looking for. If you don't, you can talk with the very friendly and approachable staff to put a hold for you, which comes in a few days at the most. Overall just a great space for reading and studying.

Majority of the librarians are being bias towards us of loud noises because we are the younger group and they don't care that the real people making the noise. ALSO MELTED KIT KAT...WHY!?!?!

Biggest library among all the branches in the area. Large collection of books etc. I believe you can even rent a 3D printer here.

This is the worst library ever! Bad customer service! I am someone from Markham and came here to do an assignment they are asking us to buy a card and then top up for the stupid printouts! They don't have any money machines to pay for the printing! Why would I buy a card when I will only be there once?
