Although the library has restricted hours, the librarian is very knowledgeable. The wi-fi is free and easily accessible. They offer coffee for free and have books for sale.

I think it's a nice place. Staff is smart and polite. I do think it's haunted, though, I saw an ice cream cone fly INSIDE the room, and circle around, and then fly back out the window. I was like wtf??? Other than that, the WiFi is good.
