I love the Ottawa Public Library. They have everything!! I always place a hold online and it gets delivered to elmvale library. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We arrived before opening hours and didn't realize it was not open. The staff member entering was very kind in offering to take in anything I need while we waited, and she sought my 3 year old daughter and I out when we came back at the right time, seeing if she could help us locate anything. Lovely people.

Small branch, but I am loving the OPL as a new resident to Ottawa! Librarians are friendly and this branch seems to be kept relatively clean.

Excellent and super helpful library staff. My kid was struggling to find the book of his interest, one of the staff members came, asked about my kid's interest and grabbed a number of books from shelves.

I like to take my little ones for story time on Thu morning but the last two weeks that I have arrived to find out it has been cancelled. Same thing happened quite often last year. We will be going to another library from now on.

You can get any books it's just sometimes you will have to wait enough time to get it. It's nice place and employees are very kind. I like the place
