When will the library open??? Everything is running and everyone is working now, and what makes the public service exception?? What about keep this facility closed for another 2 years??? or shut it down forever Covid is now becoming the excuse of avoiding work and duites. And yet people still paying their taxes as usual. How ironic

Sometimes gets really noisy, so make sure you have earplugs or earphones (especially if you are on the ground floor)

NO water fountain! Kids get thirsty soon... Great staff and good space. Needs some improvement to organise the books and computers better. I had problem going a catalogue computer...

Quite noisy due to proximity between the study areas and teen/kid areas. Wish there was better management of this noise, would be an easy 5/5 star rating from me.

good selection of books, helpful staff, clean environment. If you want to study or read, just know that it can be a bit loud, its not as quiet as a typical library would be. But there are private rooms available that you can book if you need.

One of the Branch Libraries of the Markham Public Library System. Angus Glen Library has a great children's area on the lower floor, and a comprehensive adult section on the second floor. This library is host to many programs and events that suit the needs of all community members, from the very young, teens, and even entrepreneurs. The Library strives to provide all of their customers with a relevant physical spaces and collections.

This is a great library to do work at with lots of study rooms. You can go for a swim at the swimming pool afterwards. Parking is always easy to find

This is a pretty nice library with two floors and they have a few 3d printers. I mostly use the kiddy section in the back so I can't comment on the other sections but there seems to be a lot or resource on hand.

The library is beautiful and has a wonderful, quiet, focused atmosphere. It is small, and the desks fill up quickly (in non-covid times). Get there early to secure your spot.

Although it’s clean, and provides lots of resources.... it’s the worst place to study. The staff dont make any attempts to quiet the kids who come into the library as if it is a daycare. So disrespectful to the people trying to study. Ive never been to a library where kids are literally screaming and running. The staff needs to implement stricter rules and show some respect to what a library actually is.

I have been to this library many times. The design is very practice, including the children area (it even provides a lot of educational toys, like early childhood center) and the online study room booking system. Plus it is connected with the community center which opens early and closes late, I have somewhere to study outside of the library hours. My favorite library.

My wife and kids came to drop off some books at this location and was in a rush. Line up at the machine so she went to the counter to have them scanned. The lady at the counter rudely told my wife that she will not scan them, and if she must leave the books with her, she will toss them at the back for a later scan. She was doing absolutely nothing at the time! This is horrible service and not acceptable.

This library has great facilities and it is very clean. I would rate it 5 but the only downside is all the kids sections, teen section and rooms for group activities are not isolated from the rest of the library, as result the noise level is extremely high. Unless you have a noise cancelling earphone then this place is not ideal for study or research. All of the private rooms are small that can only facilitate 3 to 4 people. Suggestion: build more private rooms with noise cancellations to accommodate those who needs them.
