Surprisingly busy on a Saturday at 4:30pm. The upstairs was packed so we had a spot in the quieter dimly lit downstairs area which was fine but the food is pricey and nothing comes with fries. The staff didn’t seem organized and one of the waitresses couldn’t seem to multitask at all and became so flustered with all the tables she seemed to be in charge of. Thankfully a few waiters came in for their shifts by 5pm and after sitting at the bar for a good 15 minutes we had our table. Once we had our order put in, food was prompt and tasty. Would give that part a 5 star as its well worth trying out if you don’t mind the crowd or waiting. Maybe not the best choice for a Saturday.

Went upstairs - wanted to like it, and the decor was very nice but I left feeling a bit disappointed. It was hot and loud (even with the music turned down BC of the low ceilings) and I felt bad for our server. She had a full house upstairs, bartending, serving, taking payments and (I think) doing all her own salads etc. with nobody helping her. This included pulling drinks for downstairs for some reason. Kitchen was slow and they mistakenly told her they were out of the item, we reordered, then it turned out that they did have enough for us and it was already cooking so the poor lady had to traipse back to us to make sure we still wanted our original order. Food was good when we got it, fish was tasty. Portions (even for the "full size" items) was a bit small and was pretty short on sides. I left hungry and hot and regretting I didn't like it more because I really really wanted to.

Not sure if this is their regular but their menu was limited due to COVID. I ordered a chicken cranberry sandwich with a side caesar salad. The dressing was 100% NOT a Caesar dressing and the basil mayo on it was nowhere to be found. The chicken was also only on part of the sandwich while the other half was bare. The bread was also stale. The waitress was very understanding and apologetic for what happened which certain was a plus but shame on the kitchen for thinking they could plate what they did

Celebrated our 5 year anniversary here recently. The food and beer was great, along with the lovely view of Wolfville from the second floor.

Waitress was very nice and friendly, but the food took almost an hour to come out even though it was almost empty when we sat down. Also, while most of the meals were well sized, some things (like the crispy chicken sandwich) were extremely small but more expensive than other items.

Nice pub with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Wonderful attentive service here for their decent selection of craft beer on tap, local wines, and delicious cocktails. Live music here occasionally as well. Excellent choice for somewhere to enjoy a drink and have a conversation in Wolfville.

I have been going to the Library Pub for years and it is one of my absolute favourites in Wolfville. The drink selection, specifically wine, is very good and highlights some of the local wineries. The food is very good and a notch above pub food with a comfortable flare in each dish to make it something out of the norm. The Chicken Cranberry sandwich is my favourite, but there is lots more to indulge in for a variety of tastes. The atmosphere is like dining in a library, dark wood and moody, but upstairs is a classic Maritime pub, small, but great fun. Seating is pretty limited, so be willing to just grab a seat and go with the flow. The menu hasn't changed in years really, and despite many of us wanting ongoing change, there is a reason this menu has stayed the same for so long.

Love the Library Pub. We live in Wolfville, and go there often. Their Library Pub burger is one of the best I've ever had...and I've been to dozens of burger joints across North America. Good selection of beers on tap, not a ton of craft brews, but they have a few bottled beers that might pique your interest.

Awesome craft beer selection. Wait staff were prompt and courteous. Special was a shrimp taco (x3, no side) which was really, really good. A little short on filling, harissa/sriracha and wasabi, but still delightful. We had flat fingers for starter, also very nice but if we went again may try the super version with cheese/garlic/bacon. Pretty cool spot, will be back again.

Four of us have come to Wolfville for lunch. Its Sunday and the caesars are $5. No trace of vodka in our drinks. Ordered the chicken burrito bowl, probably the most unimaginative meal I've spent money on in a very long time. Bland rice, basic ingredients and nothing to warrant the $15 price tag.

Service was either "check in every 3 minutes" while you're eating, or "left waiting for our bill for 30 minutes after our glasses and plates were empty". Staff were not apologetic and just said "sometimes people get forgotten about on shift change". Not impressed. Food was decent but not amazing for the price tag.

Came here to grab some before dinner drinks and bites. Had great upstairs service and found the staff to be exceptional. After the Library Pub we headed to the Church (we had been on their waitlist) for supper, but arrived to find out we had been bumped off the list. We decided to head back to the Library Pub were we decided to take a booth downstairs and have dinner. We have two servers (Abby & Dom) attending to our party of 5 all evening, never once dropping the ball. The communication between the staff was very fluid and their recommendations for food and drink were top notch. We ended up staying and drinking until they closed. I will definitely be back to the Library Pub anytime I'm in the area. The entire experience was great. The atmosphere, the staff, the food! Everything about this place was exceptional. The Library Pub may not be the newest restaurant / cafe / bar in town, but it's still, in my opinion, the best place in town. To the owners, you have some of the best staff I have ever encountered during my travels!

Sacrifices taste for the sake of "healthy" foods. I have eaten at and enjoyed plenty of healthier restaurants (wooden monkey, envie) but this place is supposed to be a pub. The service was good but the place is very small and packed. They sell burgers but no French fries (at a pub) and the portions were small. The food was good but the "healthy multigrain buns" were too large and very dry.

I'm definitely not a picky eater and I appreciate that they tried something different but tomato's and oranges do not do a taste tango. I'll have to try the cream of mushroom soup next time!

Great place to stop in and support the local student pub. Good atmosphere, good menu and great beverage selection. Patio is a little small so you might have to get there early or wait a bit. We had our dog with us and they say us around the corner in the little alley way with the AC unit. Was good enough for us though. We were only looking for a quick bite so we split the pizza. I seemed a little pricey maybe but overall it was good.

Went here for lunch yesterday. My mom and I both had Caesar salads, both salads were barely dressed, a bit of cheese, a few croutons and 2 strips of bacon which was yummy. My sister had the chicken and cranberry sauce which she said was good. Kind of underwhelming.

Not impressed at all! First time there and probably last. Food tasted good but was very expensive and by the time we left we were hungry. This place is not for groups, we had 9. It's more of a place for drinks then food. Our waiter didn't smile, zero personality and when we would ask a question we could barely hear him or it seemed like we were bothering him. The qualities are important to me and reflect the tip. We tried this place because I had never been before, cute place and more then likely a great spot to stop in for a beverage but not groups or food ????
