Nice ambient to study, I would wish it should be open 24 hrs

I like coming to study here in the summer sometimes when it's quieter. The building is quite old though and really showing it's age. I hear there are plans for a new engineering building though so things may improve in the future. There's a gym here, a small Tim Hortons and various computer labs. The building does not have the best climate control.
