My favorite in toronto. Perfect design, and the best thing is that kids section is downstairs. So it so quiet, and always a lot of spaces are available. Nonetheless the people working here are amazing

I miss being able to go inside! The staff are still amazing, with a very organized way of handling hold pick up. One day I hope to be able to enjoy sitting inside the library.

Nice library, book selection could be a lot better though. Same with the multicultural section, no Spanish books for children at all which is a very common language spoken in Toronto.

July 9 - First time picking up a hold since the Covid-19 Pandemic and what a brilliant, safe, secure and thoughtful set up. Doubt there will be any complainers from this sweet East York neighbourhood. Way to Go !

Great establishment, however piles of books seem to be lying around, unsorted. They could use more employment to sort this out. Otherwise great place and selection.

This library is a great place to play surviv.io. Me and the bois queue up here everyday at lunch during our time at middle school. This computers run it butter smooth at 1 fps! We might have raged a bit on the computers, but its all good cause we secured the DUB!

I would have given it more stars except it dropped on my last visit. When I was walking in, I noticed a guy with his feet up sleeping away. I would have said he was a drug addict looking at how he was dressed. Then I go sit down at a computer only to have to listen to the loudest eater I have ever experienced. I actually went and asked if you were allowed to eat in the library... And yes you are. I don't have a problem with that, I had a problem with her. She was crunching away with her mouth open and he fork kept pinging off her glass dish. That ping could be heard anywhere in the library. The computers are usually free and not taken over by kids. They don't have the biggest selection of books so you will have to get them delivered or go pick them up elsewhere. If my review was helpful, please give it a thumbs up. ????

It's a great place, with plenty of room, light and books. Unlike other TPL branches, this one is spacious and modern. For those with childrens, on the basement floor there's a nice place for kids all ages to play, read and have a good time.

The opening of libraries have been a Godsend. The staff are helpful and provide technical assistance. Even during the various lockdowns, being able to sign out reading material meant that I could continue with being engaged with book clubs.

every time i went there the computers were on a lock down mode and I had to wait and there was no one there? they call it covid procedure but its BS. what procedure when the place is empty?. they should just close it down. very frustrated. waist of government money

I'm only giving it 5-stars because I found the book that I needed for school. I looked up called 2-3 different libraries and none of them had them but this library had it. Thank you so much best library EVER!!!!!! ¥£$!!

One of the TPL's most visually-striking branches. Circular with windows opening onto a small park. Wide selection of books and study spaces. Only problem is acoustics, with the inner hall acting as an echo chamber for noise. The only area with a good chance of being quiet is the auditorium, when there are no programs running.

I don't usually make any reviews or comments in the web. Believe me I have been to almost 50% of the libraries here in Toronto, nothing had made me captivated. But when I saw this library, it left me mesmerized by the ambiance, spaciousness and quietness of the place!! I just soooo love it. To the staff, Keep it up guys! xoxo :D

This is a fantastic library. Very quiet.Lots of space and its never crowed. I can't comment on book selection since I only go there for the quiet environment.

Good library. Good staff. Good selection. Fabulous kids programs are run at this location when there are no restrictions in place. Teens section on main floor, children’s section, including books in other languages for kids, is downstairs. Many computers and printers if you need them. Book in advance though - Once school is out, this place gets busy fast.

This would be a nice library to work in if it weren't for all the napping men with their feet up on the furniture. Apparently they have a policy against waking snoring "patrons" who smell like the inside of a liquor bottle. Their selection of non-fiction books is also pretty out of date. I've decided to work elsewhere.

Very noisy library. An insulting place for a library lovers. From 11.30am to 1.30pm is allow to make noisy and it full from kids from the school beside. No comments.
