Staff are very kind , helpful and very friendly , but this library is very very noisy , full of bad kids speak bad words and the useless security do nothing, I don't like to go there specially with my kids

Suthakar Tharmalingam

It is not a quiet place as you expect a library should be. You can hear ''Quite, Please' from security at every one minute but the noise level remains the same throughout the day. Wi-Fi speed is good.

Staffs were friendly but the place is very noisy. The library premise looks very unsafe at night.

Ashek Ishtiak Haq

Zeba Rahman

This library is fairly small compared to its counterparts. I see all the complaints about the noise- but I had no such experience. I always chose the table on the corner, sat quietly with my book and sometimes even worked on my Calculus without any issues. The table on the corner has an amazing view of the outside, something I appreciate. The kids session doesn’t look as pretty as the others I’ve seen in other places- but there is no lack of kids hogging on computers! But hey, they got to do something :))

It is one of the smallest Toronto libraries. Its full of kids and its a cacaphony usually. There is a quiet room if you really need solitude.

This library has great resources but lacks a strong library manager with a willingness to maintain discipline in the facility.

Tue Te

Love it! It is quite small but cozy place. Plus, librarians are very friendly and helpful. :)

Nat Ouellet

A very modest library compared to other TPL locations in the city. As such, visitors should expect a smaller selection. Large windows offer natural light.

Ritu Varma

Good books

Aziz Rahman

The library is full of kids above 10. They make so much noise and all they do is playing games on computers. If you have work on computer you have to wait for long and you can't considerate if you want to write something. The quite room is good if it is not busy for playing games on projector.

One of the best place in Toronto. Library offers for more things. So many events for both kids and adults. It's not just a place to read like anywhere in world. It could a place for new comers to see Canada and explore the life. Kids have lot more.

Jagdish Varma

This library is ok with convenient location and has quiet rooms.

Nice and Big

Narges Ahangari

Worst place for reading!!! They should really do st about the noise and rude teenagers there....security is a joke!!!!

Melissia Charles

Ghetto, nosey just disorganized disordered disoriented...ghetto Kids smoking outside Its like a daycare in this place. A library should be a quiet setting to read research and be productive. Total disappointment. Stay home or find another location

Haq Sahab

It's not a Library it's a Computer Game place for noisy, spoilt and loud teens. The staff can't do much unfortunately to control them. You go inside and it looks like you have entered a video game arcade. If only the library staff would put a Stop to teens playing games on computer. It's difficult to carry out work or study in there. Far better option is the Library in Thorncliffe where one can work in peace. Kindly help make it a library so people like me who live in this neighborhood don't have to walk or travel far to use the facilities.

Zakir H

Nice bliss pleasant. I love reading and what better place then the library

Small and noisy library. Many children and teens. The Librarians don't know how to run the library

AVIS KUMAR

Arun Paramekanti

This library should move a bunch of computers with video-games and other games to a separate room on the 2nd floor, and reserve the main library for quiet book/study time. Many preteen/teen kids are extremely unruly and rude, and the staff are unable to maintain discipline - it seems to serve more like a noisy daycare and play area rather than a library. A split would help everyone. The kids can have their play space where they can make noise and everyone else will have their quiet space.

The library is very beautiful for kids

Vivek Mehra

This liabrary staff doesn't know the meaning of discipline. Lots of young guys were making the continuous noise but I was surprised no liabrary staff is concerned with this. Even I brought this to their notice but there was no impact. They didn't even ask young guys to maintmaintain the discipline. My advise to every reader who wants to go to bar and have fun.. go to this liabrary you will not disappoint....

Anon Tablet

Branch in a community centre with dated aesthetic. Lack of sound-absorbing material amplifies noise made by kids. Several tables and a study room available.

Great place for reading. It said it was open but when i went there it was closed. Then I suggested an edit and in like 2 weeks they said it is closed: thanks to me!

ramesh Kumar

Nice staff but constantly being interrupted by noisy teens. Not the best place if you are looking for a quiet place relax and catch a few good books.

I think all good remarks are written by liabrary staff. This liabrary is just meant for books not for study. This liabrary is having so much of disturbance that nobody can study. And moreover liabrary staff is not concerned about this.

Cee Jay

Really kind staff. I feel bad for them because they have to act like babysitters to all the children who come and hog up the computers playing games. The children can be super noisy so this is not the best place to come if you want to quietly get work done. Small selection of books compared to other libraries.

staff are so nice and so helpful but the problem is the noisy kids and teenagers keeps swearing and the security is useless I'm not going to this library anymore more I prefer to drive to different library
